I was recently banned after two of my reports were dismissed, even though I strongly believe I was in the right. In the first situation, I was repeatedly RDM’d by troopers, despite having my hands up or only responding defensively when they aimed their weapons at me. Instead of arresting and charging me with something like trespassing (which would’ve made sense IC), they repeatedly shot me. I submitted a clip showing one instance, but was told only one RDM was visible. I’m more than willing to provide extended footage that clearly shows this behavior happening multiple times. The moderator also stated I had no right to break into the station, but it’s a well known thing. in many WBC videos, mentally ill or drug-influenced individuals sometimes do irrational things like that. This is a part of realistic roleplay, not abuse. In the second situation, a rogue RPD officer RDM’d me while my hands were up. She somehow exited the back of a patrol car (which is supposed to be locked from the inside) and shot me through the ballistic panel inside the FPIU. This happened twice. Despite being a clear rule break, the report was dismissed. I can’t help but feel that favoritism may have influenced the outcome, which is disheartening for a community like MI. I have all the evidence necessary to back up these claims and will gladly provide it if asked. Ban Reason (as shown in the ban message) Why Should You Be Unbanned? I believe the actions taken against me were unfair and not based on a full review of the evidence. I take roleplay seriousyl and strive to play within the rules. I also report misconduct when I see it, but in this case, I felt that my concerns were not taken seriously. I’m not here to cause issues. I care about the quality and fairness of the community. If I’ve misunderstood any rules or made mistakes, I’m open to feedback. I then shot him in self defense knowing that he has a unproffesional behavior at all times and could actually shoot me. I then shot the officer multiple times and a trainer got caugth in crossfire. I was then dissmissed from the training by the host (LocKingMari) even though i was acting in self defense. I believe this is unacceptable and a waste of my time. I made the same report to LAPD's IA.

That is NOTHING close to RDM. That is an upstanding citizen that did not violate a single rule. The mods will probably refuse that.

dodeg5 Hello, i contact MI today for a moderator that did not help me after i was RDMed with legit reasons to report. After being shot by someone after i crashed while unarmed, i became unconscious. Then a person 1 tapped me while unconscious AND unarmed. That person is Luka_Panic12345 as shown in the clip. David stayed in game and active since then but never helped me.
