I need someone who is an actually corporate member for this group. Some things are getting out of hand. So today as i am in the game, I am in my van. I am driving down the road. I have my gun in the car and I am shooting. I am at the red lights in the far left lane, and I turn left. As I am shooting the cop cars drive past me and I see they arent doing anything. As I turn left on the green arrow, i turn my camera and im like “okay no cops are behind me.” So as I turn, i see a cop in the far distance. No red lights on at all. They are far far behind me and like I said, I see no lights. Im driving and go into first person and as im driving. Mind you i hear no sirens and im headed towards the national guard/civ spawn area. Meaning, leaving the city of perris. As im driving, a blue truck hits me head on and my black van catches fire. A black cop car I believe the same one who I saw far behind me earlier, comes crasshing into us and now they have lights on. Im asking the cop to go get the guy who hit me in the blue toyota pick up truck. The cop is telling me to back up and the toyota driver hops out their truck, looks around, and drives off. Im asking the cop to help me. The cop keeps trelling me to back up. Im yelling “HELP ME”. So as I spawn my insert car the cop keeps spiking it and im asking the cop what are you doing. The cop isnt saying anything. The cop is still in her cop and just saying back up every time i come near asking for help. So 4 mintues go past, a few other cars show up and i try to get a ride but the cop spikes their car too. Im asking the cop what is the issue. The cop never states anything to me. So in my mind, im asking myself “is this cop trolling” “what is this cop doing”. FBI gets there and now the cop decides to say you were going over 120 mph and didnt stop. I told the cop i didnt see her, i was in first person driving. I also heard no sirens., She ignored it and arrested me. I called the moderation for help multiple times. Moderation showed up and didnt even ask me what the issue was. So all of this is unfair. Even NG showed up. At least NG does an actual better job at handling a situation. This moderator (a different mod) Teleports to me after im arrested and says you will be banned for FRP. RDM etc. I NEVER KILLED ANYONE, I DIDNT SHOOT ANYONE, IM CONFUSED. HE SAYS YOU INSERTED A CAR. I INSERTED A CAR BECAUSE THE COP WAS JUST TELLING ME TO BACK UP WHILE DRIVING BACK AND FORTH IN THEIR POLICE CAR. IM LIKE “WHAT IS GOING ON.” I have my Air Force uniform on in the game and im asking what is the issue. She couldnt even answer my question. BUT YOU HAVE MODERATORS and OFFICERS in this game who do not do their job or try to talk out a situation. So please, contact me back with this matter so I can understand what in the world is going on. I pay 31 a month for platiunum and have to do with this stuff. Then FBI shows up and talks completely about non sense. Instead of being a cop who is a 32 arriving to the scene listening to only the person who “supposedly” pulled me over, actually talk to the person your arresting. This is unjust. My issue is how am I banned for RDM, V-NG, and TK. I do not recall RDMing. If the cops come after me then i have the right to kill them. Its RP. Team Kill; only time i team killed was when I was on the NG team and the NG MP came after me once I had died. Its like a complete disregard for the new life policy. Im not sure how there’s a violation of NG when i only left the base to go to the bank. So something isnt adding up. There were times when I was in uniform and wasnt on the NG team. So my issue is why is this a permanent banned when there was a lot going on. There is also a term called “Rogue” which means the person on a specific team turns corrupt. I didn’t kill anyone for just any reason. I would shoot in my car and then get the cops on me. I don’t understand a lot of this because cops can light you up and try to pull you over, its my choice weather to stop or not. If they pull me over and have their guns aimed at me because I was shooting in the air while driving, I can kill them. How is any of that RDM. It turns into a police pursuit. Why cant is just be RP instead of violations on things that are not fully justified. I would like to know why such actions were taken. I am just trying to have fun and RP. I was banned for going off the national guard base as a soldier in my own OCP uniform. Not the game uniform, my own uniform. I was profiled multiple times by the same dude. One trooper told him that I can be off base as long as I don’t have gear. The trooper said that he heard it from a mod. So this cop keeps on pushing the fact that I’m off base in my civilian car in my own clothing. NO CLOTHING OR GEAR THAT IS PROVIDED OR DISPLAYED IN THIS GAME! I’m asking for my appeal. I paid 32 dollars for platinum just to be able to be on the NG team. If a mod said one thing and this cop is saying another, I’m going to listen to what someone told me a mod told them. So please, consider my appeal. This is my first day sorta playing this game and spending money on it. The ban length is 7 days; absurd. I respect all rules set in place. But for you to ban someone who was informed infront of the person that a mod stated something different in regards to the situation, is ridiculous. Soldiers aren’t confined to a military base either. The rules should also state exactly who on NG cannot leave. NG as a whole, MP. My mind goes directly to saying “MP” can’t leave, kinda obvious. But if your a soldier is that meant for you as well. A soldier who’s a mechanic, port support, fueler, combat medic, air assault, air borne? WHO?? Please look into this ban that is on me for 7 days. It’s always someone who’s messing up another person’s day. Like simple things. I don’t even see this as an infraction.
