    When you purchase the CHP gamepass, I believe you do indeed receive the vehicles with the PA system, you get access to a wide variety of marked vehicles, however, I am unsure if you gain access to the K9. I would highly recommend purchasing the gamepass if you are into CHP! Please let me know if you have anymore questions,

    I hope this finds you well. Your perks including the ability to join whitelisted and/or locked teams ends when you stop paying, you are unable to keep any perks once you have stopped paying for the subscription. Please let me know if you have anymore questions.

    Hey hey, I hope this finds you well, so you are able to become a LAPD officer in the LA game in 2 different ways, which follow:
    Joining the LAPD discord, click the ‘interested in joining LAPD’ button, which will automatically give you a role. Once you have that role, every so often it will be pinged, where you can attend a training. You must complete 2 trainings, and 1 ride along to successfully be an LAPD officer.

    Buying premium, filling out the premium form in LAPD, and automatically becoming an LAPD Officer II!

    Unfortunately you cannot change your Roblox account, as that would be considered alting. I would recommend using the ban appeal form.
