Hey hey, I hope this finds you well, so you are able to become a LAPD officer in the LA game in 2 different ways, which follow: Joining the LAPD discord, click the ‘interested in joining LAPD’ button, which will automatically give you a role. Once you have that role, every so often it will be pinged, where you can attend a training. You must complete 2 trainings, and 1 ride along to successfully be an LAPD officer. I would definitely recommend getting titanium while it lasts not just due to the customs, but for so many other reasons including, having the ability to join many different teams, create realistic role-plays, get access to many different types of vehicle - each are very unique, and so much more! However, that screenshot above doesn’t connect with your premium, I believe it’s a separate issue, I would recommend opening a ticket if the problem continued. Hey hey! I’m sorry that you haven’t got a response, figured that I could help! There’s a button on your CAD, once logged in, that should appear as a blue button saying 10-[number]. I kind of forgot the number, but other units show up blue, so just select that matching blue button! You can receive access through the LAPD discord, if you ask it within the community chat - I can’t give it here, as I believe it’s supposed to be a whitelisted link. You are supposed to write events like arrests, etc through the ‘report’ tab on the CAD system - it’s the far right of the screen! Once I hit administrator+ it focused more on the internal aspects, hiring moderators, managing the game, and overall focusing on how the moderation team could improve as a whole. For California state roleplay I was the director of moderation. As the director I focused on what we could change, and the strategies of moderation. Furthermore, I focused on staff behavior and monitoring how the moderation acted. For Tennessee State Rolelpay I was apart of the moderation team, ensuring that there were no rule breakers, and ensuring that people got the best experience they could out of it. How would you handle a conflict between two community members? I would handle a conflict between two community members by first, separating them, and then getting each of their sides of the story. I believe that it is very important to get all sides of the conflict before making a decision. Once I got both sides of the story, I would try to remedy it, and come up with a few solutions that they could try, to help solve their issue. Describe a time you had to solve a difficult problem in a leadership or team role: A time where I had to solve a difficult problem in a leadership role was when, at Sandy Shores, there was a clear separation between the moderation roles and the management roles, each almost had a ‘side’. To solve this issue, I set aside times where we would play games, and talk about how we could improve overall as a staff team. By allowing time for us to team-build, we automatically started to bond, where there was little issue. The outcome was that we all came to an agreement that there should be no superiority, and that if I saw any, I would ensure to get rid of it. I prioritize tasks when managing multiple responsibilities by firstly, setting aside time to come up with a plan, and prioritizing each one, deciding which task is of importance. I would then write this down/make a list, and start working away. By making a list, it allows me to stay on task, and not have to think about what I would have to do next. Furthermore, this reduces stress, which improves my work. What do you think is the most important value for a Mountain Interactive Staff member to uphold, and why? I believe the most important value for Mountain Interactive staff to uphold is integrity. Integrity can be applied in multiple ways, and everyone has their own definition. I believe integrity is holding yourself up to a set standard, be a leader, and help others even when no one else is looking. Integrity is so important due to the fact that people look up to the moderators and often seek guidance or help from us. If we do not hold ourselves to a standard, we could set a bad example on the player base, as well as other members of the staff team. How would you support and encourage new members of the community? I would support and encourage new members of the community by first, introducing myself, and giving them a brief run down about Mountain Interactive and their games. Hey! My name’s Ethan and I am so excited to be apart of the MI community! A little about me - I really enjoy Roblox police roleplay games! I have been with Mountain Interactive for quite a long time - (before they had their website and it was a small whitelisted roleplay game). I also enjoy listening to music! I’m excited that I am able to join back with the community!! I joined Mountain Interactive because - as stated before, I have been with the community for a good amount of time and I really love the realism the game brings! Overall this community is so fun to interact with! Mountain Interactive is unique in it’s ability to create very realistic and fun games! My favorite types of games are police roleplay games, and that’s about it! I play a little bit of squad & rainbow six siege as well! I am so excited to where this takes me. Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My Review: So, I recently bought titanium and I hold firm in believing that this is the best bang for your buck. It allows myself and others to create realistic role-plays, as well as giving me many different options on who to roleplay, making every day unique! I have used my perks within both LA and Perris, and both are extremely good! From having the ability to be a motor-cop to being given an arsenal of weapons, this is by-far the best tier, and Roblox game ever, when it comes to roleplay and LEO experiences!! Favorite Perks: Perris and LA are both very good, however, LA takes the cake! There’s a variety of teams, giving me the opportunity to transform into whatever job I may choose. Furthermore, I am able to be a K9 handler, motor bike unit, and be apart of the patrol division! Definitely worth it for the price!!
