I told this person in the clip to back up, in which she failed to comply, after we had arrested her friend on a warrant. She did come out of a gun store, making us more cautious when dealing with her. When I told her to back up, she then followed my patrol buddy around the car, in which, I tased her before she reached him. I then detained, searched, then released her. Ban Reason (as shown in the ban message) TA, FRP. Why Should You Be Unbanned? I believe I should be unbanned because I believe I was acting in department standards, as they had just come out of the gun store, and she was following my partner around the vehicle, as he purposefully moved to ensure he did not get shot. I told her to back up, and then I discharged my taser, cuffed her, and detained her, before releasing her, when we went to leave. As we began to leave, she tried to jump on top of the vehicle.

I took his gun off of him and let him go, where he then exchanged firearms in the parking lot with 2 other people, where I then called it in. As I was arresting the male I had dealt with prior, an SBI director (the same rank as me), got on scene, and released the guy out of my vehicle, then when I went to go grab him back, the SBI put me in cuffs. The plate came back to a 'Tyler Adams', in which I ran that in the system, and the male's firearm license was invalid. I had previously noticed that the male had multiple firearms on him, in which I stepped out of my van, and grabbed the male, then placed him in the van, letting him know that he would be told why he was being detained when we got out of S & K. This was when his friends, who were metagaming stepped in my van and decided to put rounds towards me, in which I fled, and told another unit to meet me at a gas station, where I was later shot and killed by his friends on pulled up. I don't believe this was cuff rush as I had noticed that the male stepped out of the van with multiple other occupants who all had firearms within their possession - which made me feel uneasy about just walking right up, in which I believed it was in the best interest of myself to grab the male without talking to him. I do apologize for my actions, as I can see how it may be considered cuff rush, but I feel that my story was not heard out fully - rather I got singled out and had to fight for my place. Yesterday I was with a few other people including Geraldd and vixz, as well as a few other members, in which we had an undercover construction van. We were looking at the twitter where a male stated that he was hosting a party but 2 cops could come - however after that he stated if more than 2 cops showed up he was "shoot us". I was instructed by the people in the van to jump out on him, after doing some investigative work. The male was tased (NOT by me, but by another officer, where they instructed me to put him in for disturbing the peace (which would make sense because he was creating fear within LEO because he threatened to shoot officers) Ban Reason (as shown in the ban message) "AOT & FRP" Why Should You Be Unbanned? I should be unbanned because I am sorry for my actions. I tried to create a realistic roleplay, working with the officer jump out officers in the back of the van, in which they instructed me to jump out. In no way did I try to ruin his experience, yet I can understand how my actions can be perceived that way.
