After we stormed the location, I was injured and retreated to a secured room to administer medical care to myself. While gunfire was still ongoing, an unarmed-looking civilian unexpectedly entered the building and then the secured room I was in. Startled and still on high alert, I reacted reflexively and fired, perceiving the civilian as a potential threat. It wasn’t intentional RDM. It was a poor reaction in a high-stress moment and I regret how I handled it. Ban Reason (as stated in the ban message)* Why Should You Be Unbanned?* Hello, I understand that this appeal is being submitted well outside the allowed timeframe and I sincerely apologize for that. It’s been about five months since the ban and I recognize that this falls beyond the period typically accepted for review. The main reason I didn’t submit the appeal sooner is because I took a break from roleplay entirely. During that time away, I had the chance to reflect not only on what happened but also on how much I genuinely enjoyed being part of the Perris, California community. Being removed from it made me realize how much I valued the experience and the people in it. I take full responsibility for the actions that led to my ban. It was a poor reaction in a stressful situation and I regret how I handled it. I’ve always considered myself a good roleplayer and I know I didn’t live up to that standard in that moment. If there’s any chance for a second opportunity, I’m committed to following all rules and contributing positively moving forward. I fully understand if the appeal cannot be accepted due to the timeframe but I appreciate you taking the time to read this. Thank you.
  2. My Ban Appeal Appealing Roblox Username: autBianca Appealing Discord ID: 1193351575012393082 Ban Length: Permanent Moderating Staff Member: landongoat#0 What game did the ban take place in?: Perris, California Ban Reason: RDM imgur: https://imgur.com/a/Aj3B9Fy https://imgur.com/a/nNdHy6K https://imgur.com/a/WI3TXDJ Why I Should Be Unbanned: I believe my ban should be lifted because I acted in self-defense in a critical situation to protect my own life. In the building where I was, a shooting occurred, resulting in the deaths of several officers. After we stormed the building, I was injured and retreated to provide myself with medical care. While the gunfire continued, a civilian unexpectedly entered the building. I withdrew again to treat my injuries. Out of nowhere, the unarmed civilian entered the secured room | was in. In a reflexive reaction, and perceiving him as a potential threat, I shot the civilian, who was later found to be armed. However, this action was classified as Random Death Match (RDM). I attempted to explain the situation to the moderator, but it was still considered RDM. I greatly enjoy playing on Perris, as it is an excellent roleplay experience, and I would like to continue being a part of it. I acknowledge my mistake and will carefully consider my actions in the future before resorting to the use of a weapon. Thank you! Additional Members Involved/Witnessing: unknown (Optional.)
