I walk away, and then they start running after me. I stopped and asked them what's going on and they start harrasing me with some dumb stuff and saying I have to get a car in order to own a rifle and stuff. I walk away for about 3 minutes, and then come back. I go up to the balcony, aim at the USMS that was harrasing me earlier, and started shooting. Other people were also there, so I understand if that could be considered RDM. The officers shot back and I run away to a different location, proceeding to shoot again. I understand the view of the officer that submitted the clip thinking it was RDM since he arrived late.
