  1. My Warning Appeal Appealing Roblox Username: IamaProatRobloxYT Appealing Discord ID: 1021539898186027068 Warning Date: 1/5/2025 Moderating Staff Member: @37kJxckk_ What game did the warning take place in: Perris California Warning Reason: Abuse of Teams Warning Appeal: Since I have a laptop, my game is super super laggy. Like when I turn it lags so much. When I was being held at gunpoint, I respawned back at CHP via the team menu because I was lagging. Reason I did this was because when my game gets to crowded or to many models in one place, I start lagging like crazy. So, if I didn’t want my computer to overheat and break and waste thousands of dollars, I respawned because I was trying to help my windows 11 laptop, and I wasn’t trying to void the scene like one of those guys you think I might be. I was doing it for my laptop and my laptop only, so it didn’t break.

No Have you ever been permanently banned? No If you answered "Yes" to any of the above, please explain: N/A Additional QuestionsWhy do you want to join the Mountain Interactive Staff Team? I want to join the Mountain Interactive Staff Team to benefit the safety of others. My motivation toward the MI Staff Team is protecting more people and interacting with new people. I can handle situations calmly, fluently, and patiently. I am most excited to yet another community being safe and secure from people who want trouble. I see myself contributing to these goals by being loyal to higher ups, fellow staff members, and even members! I always strive for greatness when it comes to moderation, and I always take my job professionally and seriously. I believe I can make a serious impact by being active, mature, responsible, professional, loyal, and always happy to help. Whenever someone needs help from Discord to in-game, I will do my best to assist to the best of my ability within Mountain Interactive. When I patrol as staff and see people breaking the rules, I spring into action and deal with the situation. It makes me happy whenever I deal with a situation because after, you know you have done a good thing and that one more person is hopefully going to follow the rules next time. I will be as active as I can be within Mountain Interactive and past servers, I have been staff in, I always strived for more and more time in-game. What skills or qualities do you have that would make you a valuable member of the staff team? Some of my skills and qualities I have that would make me a valuable member of the staff team is that I have patience, I’m loyal to everyone, I’m mature, responsible, kind, helpful, active, reliable, capable, confident, cooperative, and self-motivated to always do better and strive for bigger and better goals within Mountain Interactive Staff Team. Some skills I have that would make me a valuable member of the Mountain Interactive Staff Team is my experience. I have been a Moderator in “DOJ | Sandy Shores”, I have owned my own server and have experience managing a server/game, Admin in “Code 99 Studios“, and much more communities that I help around in like being an event hoster or some sort of that. My knowledge on being a staff member and knowing all of the rules and procedures are very high since I have a lot of experience as a Moderator in big communities. Have you been involved in any other communities or teams? If so, please list them and describe your role: Springfield County Police Department | Creator | 8 members | Still in this position | I am really good at making discord servers and we are still growing DOJ, Sandy Shores | Moderator | 4,152 members | Not in this position anymore | I moderated the game and Discord, did really well in this position Gorilla Tag Tutoring | Co-Founder | 237 members | Still in this position | I re-modeled the Discord server, the roles, and I help out a ton Code 99 Studios | Administrator | 115 members | Still in this position | I moderate the game and Discord How would you handle a conflict between two community members? If there was a conflict between two community members, I would: 1. Tell them to stop fighting 2. Get each side of the story 3. Decide what action is best to use in this scenario Describe a time you had to solve a difficult problem in a leadership or team role: A time when I had to solve a difficult problem as a leadership position was when I had to deal with raiders in one of my old servers I used to have. It was either bots or people and there were just tons of random channels, roles, and messages. I have deleted the server now because back then, I didn’t know much about Discord, and I was quite new. But looking back at it now, I would have banned the user(s) that made the mess, and I would fix the role permission. Like I think I had the role “Moderator“ set for administrator permissions on Discord. That wasn’t a good idea, but I was in-experienced with discord servers back then and now, I am way more advanced and tech savvy. I have also come a far way within life meaning I have learned a lot within a short period of time. How do you prioritize tasks when managing multiple responsibilities? When having to multitask, I stop and take a minute to write the things I need to do down on a blank Google Docs sheet. With me having three screens, it really makes it easier for me to manage Discord, Mountain Interactive website or other web pages, and on my biggest monitor, the game I am playing. This makes for easy multitasking, organization, and lowered stress. I also like to maintain a safe and clean desk/workspace in my room so that I don’t feel stressed or crowded while I have to deal with situations or just generally sitting around. Another way I keep myself organized and focused is my room, I am on the second floor with my door closed and it really helps while having to deal with things online. Also, having many games to play on free time to stay entertained is also a thing I have and do. What do you think is the most important value for a Mountain Interactive Staff member to uphold, and why? The most important values for a Mountain Interactive Staff member to uphold is professionalism, loyalty, respect, honesty, maturity, responsibility, kindness, being Assistful, activity, reliability, capability, confidence, teamwork, trust, being knowledgeable, and having self-motivation. These are all crucial for being any staff for any server because without these, it’s very hard to become a staff employee. These also play a key factor within the game because if you're not helpful or you don’t have enough knowledge, it makes it hard to fulfill your job properly. These traits listed above are expected to be upheld in Mountain Interactive and must be followed. These traits are all important in their own ways. How would you support and encourage new members of the community? I would support new members of Mountain Interactive by giving them guidance like finding general chat where they can socialize, if they have any questions, they can feel free to ask me, the community, and even make a support ticket via Mountain Interactive’s website. If they are also interested in memberships, I could assist them getting to the page about info and how to purchase. Along with that I would tell them that Riverside Police Department is a whitelisted team, and they are free to join and tryout, I would give them the server invite to the Riverside Police Department Discord server, and I would guide them on how to become a police recruit and how to enroll for the probationary officer training. If they require any further assistance like questions, comments, concerns, reports, etc. The staff team or I are always there to help when needed. I would also tell them that reports and appeals are dealt with on the website and if they need help with that, just reach out. What are your long-term goals, and how does being part of Mountain Interactive align with them? Some of my long-term goals for being in the Mountain Interactive staff team are, 1. Stay within staff for as long as possible 2. Climb the ranks 3. Be active 4. Be helpful to anyone who needs Are there any areas within the community you feel need improvement? If so, what ideas do you have to address them? The car physics in-game, like even if you tap something your car is broken and is immobilized. Maybe the car health could be buffed.
