Detailed Description of Events* I was offline for hours, doing absolutely nothing in-game. I come back online, and I see that I have an unpaid citation (which should've just been the $750 ticket I got from an LAPD officer for running a red light). I go to the station, attempt to pay it off, and it charged me aroung $7,000. I thought that was extremely strange, so I look at the SmartStorm, and see that I have over 20 fake citations for jaywalking, spitting on public property, littering, etc. All with gibberish narratives like "asdwa," "awsdw," "fghj," and so on. All tickets came in at the same time, in less than 1 minute (all at exactly 16:10 time), and from the exact same user. 8.
