  1. On project Ventura, I was patrolling the Renaissance Plaza as a Elite Universal Security Officer when all of a sudden, a Long Beach Police Officer by the roblox username of "@bacchsio", and the roleplay name of "James Otto" tool abused me by cuffing me and another civilian for a invalid reason, and the reason given from his statement was: "Trust me i'm going to take you somewhere", he then took me to a solicit tent at the Port of Florence and he would sit me down on a chair with the other civilian. He would then continuously torture us by pepper-spraying us and punching us as well as hitting us with a baton while asking "Who said I was gonna get banned?". He continued to punch me to the point that I get downed but he then would stabilize me and continue to torture me. He then asked a series of questions while still torturing me like: "Did you call mod?", "YOU CALLING A MOD", "CALL A MOD AGAIN", "DO IT", "Are they coming?", "What did you learn now?", "Your a bad bad officer.", "Say that you are a bad officer", "Say it", "I'm waiting.",. After I answered this questions and demands he would then execute me via a baton or fists. If you need any proof of his actions then I have 5 medal clips to show. (The file uploader only allows me to upload 2 but I can send 3 more.)
