I observed three RCSO Deputy’sdeputies in chase of each other, at which point they exited their own cars; after exiting their vehicles, two RCSO Deputy, the bald and black one, engaged in aiming weapons and deploying their X26 TAZER at each other and handcuffing each other. Before and during these events, I was handcuffed myself and then uncuffed by a neutral RCSO Deputy. After watching these events continue and the two RCSO Deputy’s continue to aim and discharge their firearms at each other, I inquired about what was going on, to which no response was given, and the RDM/FRP continued. After recording, I determined it best to leave the scene and report it.
