Date and time: 11/17/2025, 6:00 PM CST Where did this happen: In-game, Server ID: 52f9-40e3 Description: Essentially, me and 2 others were standing on a public sidewalk next to an active scene. We were at a safe distance, playing music before we got approached by Gabriel. He stated that we were disturbing the peace by playing music. We explained that it wasn't against the law, we weren't obstructing them or doing anything aside from watching. I told him it wasn't willful or maliciously being played loudly in order to disturb another. No complaints from anyone had been received or given to an officer in our presence. He told us we were "distracting his officers" and proceeded to handcuff us and place us under arrest. He charged us with "Failure to Comply" and "Disturbing the peace". Upon arrival at the jail, I asked for SBI and then exercised my 5th and remained silent while he searched me. During this, he asked me if I had anything on me (I didn't) and I remained silent. He then said "that's another charge", adding an additional charge of FTC for remaining silent. Upon speaking with SBI, they confirmed nothing illegal had occurred on my end. The other individual who was being booked for the same charges was released by SBI, but, this officer booked me before I spoke with SBI. The SBI's name was Agent_oconnor. The supervisor of the officer arrived and claimed we were obstructing a scene and disturbing the peace, however, the SBI ultimately disagreed saying we committed no crimes. Rules Broken: Rule 5, Probable Cause Requirement, False Charges. https://medal.tv/games/roblox/clips/lwRQZWQlkacwZoudP?invite=cr-MSxhOXMsMTQzNDIzMDA&v=18 https://medal.tv/games/roblox/clips/lwRPszCjEBIlKd-YN?invite=cr-MSxPaXgsMTQzNDIzMDA&v=56 https://medal.tv/games/roblox/clips/lwRYChmJtBD4pNVWd?invite=cr-MSxuSGYsMTQzNDIzMDA&v=112 https://prnt.sc/MkpwZDuCJsgm https://prnt.sc/TugaCWNGVo2U https://prnt.sc/HrEdcDY47IcZ https://prnt.sc/QjOsWXZV6BIV https://prnt.sc/R0x_XGI4x8-Y By submitting this report, I confirm that the information provided is true and accurate to the best of my knowledge.
