The only interaction I had was when I was already in the back of a police car. A mod approached and said, "I need to borrow Krokx real quick for an RDM report." My arresting officer asked if they could book me first before the mod spoke with me, to which the mod agreed, saying they would talk to me afterward. However, after I was booked, the mod never followed up. When I later checked the logs, I saw that I had been warned without any prior discussion. I wasn't shown any evidence or given a chance to respond, as the mod didn’t leave a note on the warning or communicate with me about the RDM report at all.

I only made two comments related to the argument, and my intention was to de-escalate the situation and calm the other person down. As shown in the images below, I was warned immediately after the mod said, "Okay, change the topic please before y’all get warns." I sent my message right as that was said, meaning I had no reasonable time to refrain from sending it. Given the context, I feel the warning was unjustified. In my clip, you can see that I gave the officer a few seconds to decide whether to pull out his taser and tase me, but he chose not to. Additionally, I don’t think FearRP should apply in this situation, as it was a one-on-one encounter. In-game, I’m a known felon, and if the officer suspected I was purchasing chemical tables, he should have called for backup. Most individuals involved in cooking acid carry firearms to protect their product, so failing to do so was a clear mistake on the officer’s part. Regarding the FRP claim, I was unaware that roleplaying the act of pulling out an AR was required, as I have never seen anyone do it. Even in LAPD or LASD roleplay scenarios, I’ve never witnessed officers explicitly roleplaying drawing their ARs. If this is indeed a rule, it appears to be inconsistently enforced, and the moderation team should take responsibility for properly clarifying and enforcing it rather than penalizing players retroactively. You could go to the gun range and find plenty of players pulling out ARs without roleplaying it, which clearly shows a failure in enforcing this rule.
