My Ban Appeal Appealing Roblox Username: aacreas Appealing Discord ID: 375859987655950336 Ban Length: 02 Days Moderating Staff Member: @bruhnowaythathappened What game did the ban take place in?: Perris, California Ban Reason: Why I Should Be Unbanned: The reason I’m submitting this unban request is because (1), I was in the roleplay twice. I did not clip the first part, but the first part was just being involved in when this one person was being arrested and where I slightly took a step in, because of course I’m a criminal and honestly like others; I was going to vouch and try to stop the arrest from happening. The second time I was coming back to see what was happening to the person who was being arrested, to where then somebody else began RDMing. I didn’t start the RDM so I don’t understand why I got a 2-day punishment but oh well. I was still involved in the roleplay regardless so I’m not sure why that would count as RDM. I was still interactive in the clip then especially since I was being told by officers to do this then that. That was when of course the shooting took place, where pretty much EVERYONE died. It’s on clip me just shooting one person successfully. I hope that you review this carefully of course. Honestly, why not? Make it so that it can rain, be sunny, cloudy, whatever. Of course there would have to be an option where for low-end users, they have to disable it of course to play, but wouldn’t it be fun?

What I don’t understand is why they can’t (as in people who moderate) speak to us directly and get at least a bigger picture. I was in the scene and I don’t understand how that is RDM. They literally told me to step back and whatnot, meaning I was already in the scene. My car had a BOLO, I was already being pursued, I also was in the SAME LAST 2 SCENES with these deputies. I hate it because how would that be considered RDM when I’ve been there for awhile? I was at the scene at the time and saw what was happening and also at the time I had a BOLO out on my vehicle in the RTO(?). In that case, I was also helping this guy who got tased. I had previous encounters in that same area and honestly I was of course in roleplay attempting to help out this individual that was going to be arrested; because of course, I’m a criminal (roleplay-wise.) I understand that I’m probably not going to get my appeal accepted, but at least please have some sort of understanding that I was trying to roleplay what I was doing. Thanks. We were attempting to stop traffic or at least divert it with it because my partner was collecting evidence as result of an MVA/incident that resulted in people dying. They despawned, but you can clearly see that we were in the middle of the road. I was in third person and facing another direction so I didn’t see the van that was coming toward me. As a result, I got smashed into which I believe I myself could technically report it as a VDM(?). Regardless, I was ran over and I took out my pistol in self-defense, especially since I thought it was a pursuit that was ongoing + they were felony speeding (as seen in their clip.)
