Appealing Roblox Username: hahaidkidkidklol Appealing Discord ID: 355737083676983297 Ban Length: Permanent What game did the ban take place in?: Perris, California (via Clip) Why should you be unbanned?: As I write this appeal, I understand I was already previously under ‘One Strike Policy’ however considering the matter I feel as if it’s a completely different situation from the first. Apparently I was banned for “Aimbot” which I find absurd due to the simple fact I’ve never used any third-party softwares, exploiting tools, or any clients to modification Roblox other then “Bloxstrap” which I delete time to time due to me feeling that it decreases my performance more then it increases. I don’t condone cheating or gaining unfair advantages on Roblox. Nor would I trust it, I have two Roblox accounts one with Headless Horseman and Korblox (47k) then I have my trading account which has 1,500,000 robux worth of limiteds upon it, I wouldn’t be foolish enough to risk my accounts getting terminated by exploits. The closest i’ve been to “cheating” on any platform/game is simply using a recoil macro on ‘Rainbow Six Siege’. As I hear from other people it was because of the suspicion of the tracking while I was interacting with the individual in the clip, which isn’t making logical sense how would that be “Aimlock” a person standing still when the individual tried to flee inside a home and took him into custody why wasn’t there any “Aimlock” accusations there why would someone possible use it for a person standing still but not a person fleeing it’s not making sense at all. Furthermore why is a clip I said to one of my supervisors as “Bodycam” footage for a supervisor request leading to me getting moderated in banned… This whole situation isn’t making sense.

Moderating Staff Member: iKotball1 What game did the ban take place in?: Perris, California Why should you be unbanned?: I should be unbanned because of the fact, I'm very active in-game and I contribute to the game and good ways. I'm in Metro RPD which I love and enjoy being in the sub-division. I've also contributed to donations within this community including buying custom vehicles and insert. Besides for my wrong-doings the reason I got banned for, I bring a lot of roleplay and activity, and professionalism into this community, most of the time I'm playing as a RPD officer, which I do my task professionally and making sure I obey rules and law's within the game. However, I usually never play as a civilian and usually when I do I just wanna have a little fun which happened and had me end up in this situation. If I get unbanned i'd just make sure I stick on the RPD team which I know i'll follow all rules and guidelines set by Mountain Interactions, and RPD SOP, I also contacted @oitz who escalated the issue to IA due to the emotion-based ban the staff member issued. @oItzGTG
