What game did the ban take place in?: perris Why should you be unbanned?: Well, I was playing perris. In the middle of the road there was a kid using an RCSO car. Rammed every person he saw, killing me and 3 others. And i then nlred (i should not have done this even if i was off osp.) and i RKED. No RDM though, given the fact in the moderation clip it does not show me and the complaining party talking while I shot him. I started a conversation with him. This also will count as revenge kill since i read over the rules, This would be a first ever RK ban, and or warn. I never thought i would need to do this, But in this situation i was angered by what he did. he technically mass rdmed. I never thought of thinking this through. Now i have read over all rules. I am very Truley sorry for my actions. WITNESSES: @A_realperson @Ollieburl @luckythekentucky If needed, i will type even more reasoning why i should be unbanned. Then hit every single person he saw in the road one including me. I see him walking and spark a conversation (this is not showing in the mod clip), the kid i shot decided to M rdm via car and i then started talking to him. Later in he was running away, then i shot him. In the ban clip it doesent show my conversation. I have 3 witnesses @luckythekentucky @Ollieburl @A_realperson those are my witnesses, the clip doesent really show mutch other than me shooting him. This mod also banned LUCKYTHEKENTUCKY for RDM when he didint even shoot, and in the clip of his ban it showed how the guy got damaged from nothing. I feel this moderator is corrupt. I gave him the account to mess with. It was hooked up to my IP and he decided "oh let me go on perris!". This was during my OSP but i even warned him. I was playing with a friend and all the sudden poof im gone. If i can may i please get more info and be able to talk to somone about the appeal?. I gave the friend that account becuase he wanted it. I said fine ok then boom im banned for aa?. I was told to appeal. I am right now and i have a witness to me that was with my during the time of my ban. i was told xeno auto executed into perris. So my instincts say to kill him. I follow him to behind lc and then there was a scene that was over. the kid apart of that scene was arrested and sheriffs were dispersing. Then i proceed to kill the cop and then the staff looks behind in the clip and stares at me then jails me. Saying I rdmed and interfered with a scene that was over. And then he did not awnser any of my questions. And he said that the scene was still active but when the kid got arrested.
