However in case where the conflict is serious or becomes severe then I would proceed to punish according to the level of the infraction as provided by the community standards. Describe a time you had to solve a difficult problem in a leadership or team role: Since filing of documents, computation of various counts and attending to different issues were part of my duties, multitasking was frequent in my line of duty. Of course, one of the specifics which caused difficulties was the task of making certain I did not get banned while performing these tasks.
