Incident Description*: Dhnq12 pulled me over for stopping in the middle of a public way (or something like that). He let me go but then he somehow still cited me after I had left the scene. He then came to apparently rub it in my face. After that, I will admit I got a bit heated. I said, "Oh yeah?" then proceeded to shoot him to death in the dominos. Also it's important to mention here there was no other officer on scene so there was no BOLO out for me or anything. I was driving around for maybe 2 minutes after parking in the Sheriff's station to pay my fine. The door was locked so I waited for someone to come by and open it. As I was waiting I saw him exiting the vehicle bay for deputies, get in his car, drive normally until seeing me, then flip on his lights, make a complete U-turn, get out of his vehicle, and shoot me with an assault rifle. On our way to get the supplies for the cook, we were stopped by an officer. I don't remember what exactly happened, but our friend ended up in handcuffs. While we were waiting for her outside the station, me and my friend thought it would be a good idea to go onto the train tracks. While on the tracks, after she tried the post something about suicide, she got tagged and she asked me to do it. Shortly after posting it, a moderator teleported to us. He explained that we were going to get permanently banned for our roleplay. 30 seconds after, we were banned. Ban Reason: Why I Should Be Unbanned: I understand why I was banned, and the moderator certainly had a good reason to do what he did. However, I am appealing now because I have taken a month to think about my mistake and there is no excuse for what I did, but I believe I do deserve a second chance. At the time of the incident, I perceived my actions as humorous, but I failed to acknowledge the real people that face these real problems and I was turning it into a sick joke. I miss playing the games you guys created as they were beautifully crafted in my opinion, and after seeing people play Project Delta, I am eager to get back in the community. I apologize for what I have done and I do not want to write as much as I did on my last appeal because one of the team moderator's rejected it for "AI usage", but if I am given another chance in Project Delta, I promise to never do anything like that again. I will follow every rule provided to me, and take time to really think before I act. I will reply to this post with a video to prove I did not use AI on this one, and I promise you I certainly did not on the last one.

Ultimately, she got arrested and while we were waiting for her, we waited outside the LAPD station on the train tracks. We were grief stricken, and when a cop came by, we told him we were waiting for a train and that he should release our friend or we would stay on the tracks. We also posted on wingr that we were waiting on the tracks for our friend. That is when a mod appeared and told us we were getting permanently banned for roleplaying suicide. Shortly after that, we were permanently banned. Ban Reason: Why Should You Be Unbanned: I understand why I was banned, and I believe it was for a good reason, too, but I am here today appealing because I believe I truly deserve a second chance. I was caught roleplaying suicide, and there's no excuse for my actions. At the time, I didn't think about how irresponsible doing something like that is, and how big the consequences were for doing something like that. I broke your rules without thinking about how it might affect other people, their mental headspace, and how much of a terrible person someone has to be to want to roleplay doing that. Immediately after the moderator teleported to me and explained the repercussions I would face, I realized what I had truly done. After that encounter, I had learned the consequences of simply acting without thinking beforehand. I have learned from this mistake and will strive to never repeat it. If I am allowed back to the beautiful city of Los Angeles, I vow to never violate the Terms of Service or the rules of the game in my lifetime. I will make sure to think before I act or speak, and legitimately think about how my actions could affect the atmosphere and others. I am sorry if what I have written today is too short for the requirements, but it is how I genuinely feel about the matter, and I cannot stretch out or shorten my honest opinions. Again, I apologize for my wrongdoings, and I understand why doing something like this would land me a permanent ban, but if I am given a second chance, I promise to never break your rules again. - After looking at the ban appeal rules again, I do not have a video of the incident and I do not use discord's legacy username system.
