I know that I can be trusted with the responsibility of being a staff member in Mountain Interactive, and with this I can make the experience for others better while trying to set a positive example. Furthermore, I want to challenge myself with the responsibilities and demands of being a staff member in Mountain Interactive. Because it's gained a strong reputation of being extremely demanding, considering my previous experience I'd like to give it a shot, because in my opinion I am very much capable of handling the daily tasks and requirements of. Also I have a very strong reputation not just built from my previous experience in moderation, HR, management and so forth from my online positions but I've been renowned for being extremely professional and on the ball when it comes to situations exceptionally stressful, confusing and panicking which is another reason why I would be a very strong asset to the staff team. To add to these I'm also very consistent and precise with my thought process. By this, I represent my accurate and professional decisions when it comes to managing any appeals, speaking to multiple parties in a situation, so forth. There are many more additions for me to add to this, and if you give me the chance to show you I would be so happy to prove myself to all of you. are you currently familiar with any current staff: I vaguely know some, however its not good enough to list. when are you usually available to moderate?: Now that summer break has arrived for me, I have the entire summer school free. However, I do need to balance a real job which occupies varying hours of the day. However with this in mind I can positively say that multiple hours a day (3-6) are able to be dedicated at max towards this position. explain how id deal with first-time offenders, repeat offenders, and show what punishments id apply: first-time offenders: the punishment thats applied for first-time offenders is varying depending on what rule they break. For example, if they are exploiting in game as a first-time offense, almost always (from my background) it would be a permanent ban from the game without a thought beforehand. But as for a first time offense for something like RDM, PT Violation etc. it would be lenient, depending on the persons explanation, previous moderation history (non-appliant here, first time offense) and so forth. it would determine a punishment usually ranging from a warning to a stronger punishment like, with varying severity (I'm unaware of how the punishment scale works in MI) it could extend to kicks, team bans, bans etc. repeat offenders: Without forgetting to account for the explanation on the reported persons end, the reportees end and everyone else involved, the moderation background for the person reported and so forth, it's important to account for the severity of the offense, and what the offense was to start out with. For example, VDM. For example, I'll use one of my older groups moderation guides. Accounting for the background, severity of the offenses that relate to VDM, RDM and anything that could relate in any way would play a strong factor in its outcome, so it's less likely the person would receive a warning, but more often it would result in a team-ban if applicable, ban, kick etc etc. Note: Not requested or asked however: It's important to have a very direct, firm and assertive demeanor, but balancing it out with attentiveness and respect will greatly increase the odds of you having compliance, and a cleaner interaction with those involved. Additional: I have limited experience in ELS/scripting/sounds etc. for vehicles. I've been a donator (titanium) for around a month or two. I have many skills that wouldnt just help me as a staff member but would boost everybody else also. Am I fluent in any non-english languages: no things that may hurt my application: Recent punishments: no Abuse of donor perks: no Being banned from other communities: no Lying or exaggerating experience: no Poor grammar or incomplete answers: despite the entire thing ive wrote here has the grammar of a 10 year old arguing on club penguin, my grammar is quite exceptional in professional environments. Naming staff who don’t actually know you: no Bad relationships with current staff: no
