I don’t know entirely what guns you get exactly, but you should spawn with guns in your inventory on Perris, for LA you need to go to the precision gun store which if you’re facing the front of the LASD take a left till you find it down that road, there’ll be a sign out front for you aswell.

Join the RPD discord server from the information links in the mountain interactive discord, after that request the recruit role and wait for a training to be held once you attend it and complete it with you passing you can request whitelist for the department which needs to be done every 30 days.
