Roblox Username: kovjx Discord ID: 594228275308396594 REPORTING CONTENTS: Staff Username: Curtis56239 Discord Username or ID: 728304194284421261 Description Of the Incident: (Staff let me create a report here since he claimed by old ticket and took all my time) I made a report on NG committing nlr by getting killed and then immediately firing at us when he spawned in his new life. We agreed that he would get moderated and that he would receive a warning since it was his first offense. The guy had left the game so staff couldn’t bring him but he agreed to warn him. One hour goes by and staff has still not done anything about it, so I go up to him in-game, where he is now busy with another scene (this is like the 5th scene he did and he had even kicked someone else in the mean time). He says he will not do anything about it because I keep asking him. I then go to create a ticket in the discord server where I explain the situation thoroughly. He then later claims that ticket and then tells me he “can’t unclaim it”, well obviously he shouldn’t even have claimed a ticket that was a report against himself. He’s biased toward cop teams and refuses to moderate anything that does not suit them. Committed Offenses: Tampering with evidence, refusing to moderate. My Ban Appeal Appealing Roblox Username: kovjx Appealing Discord ID: 594228275308396594 Ban Length: 16 hours Moderating Staff Member: discord username fxwlo What game did the ban take place in?: Perris Ban Reason: https://imgur.com/a/WLa4SmV Why I Should Be Unbanned: I was not gta-d’ing, he was chasing me and I avoided hitting the other vehicles on the road by going around them, which he just said was “swerving” when it’s just respecting traffic and avoiding vdm, not to mention I was staying in the correct lane for the entire duration of the clip and he started chasing me even though I drove when the light was green. My vehicle did not crash, only get bugged by some invisible map barrier, therefore I don’t believe I nitrp’d by not roleplaying it, and I was still able to drive even after he spiked it since he only popped 1 tire. When I shot him it was for my own safety since he was pointing a gun at me. Additional Members Involved/Witnessing: None
