(I would like to join the Mountain Interactive staff team. First, I've had alot of my friends recommending me to join the staff team. I believe that there are too many rulebreakers on Perris, which is the main reason why I would like to join so I can counter the rule breakers in almost every time zone. I would also like to enforce the Radio more, as I believe many people now fail to follow the rules, which is pretty annoying. I would also like to enforce the discord rules by monitoring the discord pretty often and I would be on it as much as i can to ensure it is a safe place for everyone. Please provide a detailed explanation of your motivation, what excites you about being part of this team, and how you see yourself contributing to our goals. What skills or qualities do you have that would make you a valuable member of the staff team? I am good at monitoring the Discord from toxic people, wich is my skill. If so, please list them and describe your role: I was Sr. Moderator on a Border Roleplay server on ERLC 298 members (server was shut down after someone raided it) How would you handle a conflict between two community members? I would like to view the content abose, and see why they are arguing, then i would acess the situation and let them know that its not the right choice to argue. If they both stop arguing, the fight should be over. I, focus on the priorities while making room for thinking, and i like to keep the less important things on a note, so i don't mix words in my head. As an Mountain Interactive staff member, i should remain nice, professional and respectfull at all time. How would you support and encourage new members of the community?
