I shot at the car since there were armed suspects inside that were fleeing and that were being a danger to the public. I prioritized the public, so I shot at the car to immobilize it and to prevent the suspect from fleeing further. Pretty much it was justified. ( Tennessee v Garner ) At the end, the guy who jumped out pulled a rifle and shot at us, so it couldn't be RDM if he shot back.
