  5. you press ALT and it there should be a + symbol that pops up with the gui and you would either click "self" or the individual you are trying to perform medical on
  6. it's not really lag, it's most likely your frames per second (fps), if you don't know what your fps is while ur in game, just click shift + F5 at the same time and it should pop up on the left side of your screen
