I left the game to avoid arrest after a shooting occured, i was unaware that there was still any Officers nearby as i couldnt see anything due to the lightning. Ban Reason (as shown in the ban message) Why Should You Be Unbanned? In my honest opinion, i think i should be unbanned because i have realized my mistake and understand why its against the community rules. I panicked and left without realizing that it would count under LTAA as i was not aware of the responding Officers. I take full responsibility for this and deeply apologize for ruining the fun of the involved Officers and other people. I know that it disrupts the roleplay and affects the experience for others making it boring and very annoying. I hope to be unbanned and once again i deeply apologize for what i did, i was unaware that it would count as LTAA even with no Officers anywhere close to me. Thank you for taking the time to read my appeal and consider giving me another chance. I would love to continue roleplaying as i really enjoy being apart of React Studios and i promise that an incident like this wont occur again, if i have to urgently leave the game or whatever it is i will notify Staff or the Officers if no Staff is available. I used excessive force against an inmate in a cell that was complying, which was wrong and i claim full responsibility, i am very sorry. Ban Reason (as shown in the ban message) Why Should You Be Unbanned? I fully take responsibility for what happened in this and i aswell fully understand why i was banned for this. It was just poor judgement and frustration that intervened and i know that i didnt follow ingame roleplay rules. I once again reread the rules and once again claim full responsibility for this incident. I hope to get reeinstated back into React Studios again, i will absolutely try my best that such incident doesnt occur again. There was an ongoing scene at the Strikepoint in Ventura, during this scene i somehow "deadchecked" a suspect even though it was unintentional, this led to the suspect which was aswell shooting at passerbys and officers by the way, later reporting me and getting me banned for deadchecking and "max bans reached". I didnt realize that i actually shot the suspect and im really really sorry. Also i dont know how deadchecking counts under FRP but rather an VBI/SBI issue which is why im very confused. Honestly, why i think i should be unbanned is because that i understand what i did even though it was unintentional was very wrong and i understand that it could have led to the other players' fun in the game being ruined, i take full responsibility for this incident and aswell didnt realize that i indeed did deadcheck the suspect. There was a shooting occuring, during that shooting we set up a breaching time to breach a house that shooters were barricaded in, during breaching we managed to take out atleast 2 shooters and we know that there are more outside that are still undetained and armed, while we were upstairs in the house clearing it, a Deputy ran upstairs with his gun unholstered and aimed at our breaching team while aswell discharging one shot at us which fortunately missed, i unfortunately did not see any of his identifiers since they were being blocked and he wasnt even all the way upstairs as to what i remember, so i discharged at him and killed him resulting in him later on reporting me for "RDM" which i think is very wrong and could have been sorted out in another more social way and not just a straight up ban. There two other Breaching Officers can vouch, aswell as my friend that was watching it over a discord stream. Ban Reason (as shown in the ban message) RDM Why Should You Be Unbanned? It was miscommunication and alot of errors happened considering we all were kind of stressed out since a shooting was occuring at that time and the Officer came up with a gun unholstered and discharged it once into our direction, i also didnt see any identifiers.

Hello Dear Mountain Interactive Staff Team, I was banned for allegedly RDMing a Officer while being an Officer myself, the context behind this scene is, we responded to a house raid where multiple shots were fired, after i arrived we set up a breaching team and went upstairs into the house, while upstairs we managed to kill atleast one hostile, please note that there were still affiliated and very likely armed people that were UNDETAINED and UNCUFFED outside the house that we were raiding. While we were finishing clearing upstairs, this random Sheriffs Deputy came upstairs with his gun unholstered and aimed at us and fired one shot, i had to react somehow and didnt see any of his identifiers in time resulting in me accidentally shooting the Deputy resulting in his death. My Roblox Username is Firezard214, i would like to get this false ban appealed because it was not my fault and i was wrongfully banned, i would appreciate if someone reached out to me about this. Also i would like to inform you, i have a friend that was with me watching my discord stream and he witnessed everything clearly, he can vouch.
