This helps speed up the review process. What Happened? I believe I am banned for an incident that may have taken place on Friday, May 2, 2025. There was an incident involving two RCSO deputies and two Federal Agents, they were being handcuffed for pulling their firearms and killing those RCSO deputies. They were saying it on the in-game radio that they had been handcuffed by RCSO deputies. I had arrived on the scene to see those two agents handcuffed, walking around. I didn't unhandcuff them in case they were rogue until I got a better grip on what happened. I later uncuffed both of them, and I went on my way. Later, one of those agents and an RCSO deputy were in a shootout with each other in front of Starblocks. I shot and killed the agent, not knowing he was law enforcement. He had on a black shirt with a design on it, but all I had seen when I rolled up on the scene was him and that RCSO deputy shooting at each other. I even typed in the radio chat something similar to "You didn't look like law enforcement". I sadly don't have a picture of this, this is the reason why I think I have gotten banned. Ban Reason (as shown in the ban message) "BANNED" Why Should You Be Unbanned? I am very active in the game, I like to play it whenever I get out of school. I have never gotten in trouble with moderation. Very recently, someone was not using the radio for RTO, so I told them to get off the radio. Very little things like that, even FRP, I will let the player know what I, he, or she is doing is or is not FRP. I apologize for my actions leading up to getting banned, I was unsure if that player shooting at that deputy was LEO or a civ. I roleplay correctly and follow in-game rules, I am very loyal to this game and its members, and I am also very friendly with all. Again, I apologize for what I have done, and it will hopefully not happen again (shooting the agent). Next time, if something like this happens, I will record myself uncuffing, so if they shoot me, I can have a clip. I hope this ban appeal finds you well, MI.
