A: Hello, during peacetime, you can not engage in any harmful activites or other illegal activites such as: Damage any player(s). Begin a pursuit with law enforcement. Trolling or Disruptive Roleplay. Startling or Disruptive Behavior. And stuff that fall in that benefactor. You can resist arrest, but to an extent, meaning no “*kicks* or *spits*, nothing like that. Maintain a calm roleplay during peacetime. TheArsenalLegend728 Mountain Interactive Trust & Safety Team, Volunteer Community Moderator.

Appealing Roblox Username: TheArsenalLegend728 Appealing Discord: 1059809829440458855 Warning Date: 6/12/24 Moderating Staff Member: sheluvswholol What game did the warning take place in? Perris, California. Warning Reason: RDM. Warning Appeal: As I was engaging the suspect, the driver decided to drive into my roblox character, which forced me to get in the vehicle. Due to the vehicle turning while my gun was aiming, it conflicts with the camera, hence the game physically turning my camera and aiming not only at him but the other passenger(s) while I was shooting. This was the driver’s fault, as he should know not to drive into a cop shooting. This all happened in a matter of seconds, which I was not expecting, so my guard was lowered, and I was not prepared to adjust my camera back. Next time, however, I will indefinitely pay more attention and ensure this does not happen again. Additional Members Involved/Witnessing: Answer: N/A

I want to join the Mountain Interactive Staff Team because I’ve always been into being part of communities that actually matter, and I think I could help make this one even better. What excites me most about this team is the chance to make a real difference, like helping to create a space where people feel included, supported, and have fun. I’m the kind of person who steps up when something needs fixing or improving, and I’d love to bring that energy here. I’m easygoing, approachable, and I stay calm even when things get a little chaotic, which I think would be really useful for this role. Whether it’s helping people sort out issues, brainstorming fun new ideas, or just keeping things running smoothly, I’m all in. I’m also someone who loves seeing things grow and evolve, and I think being part of this team would give me the perfect chance to do that while learning from everyone else around me. At the end of the day, I just want to be part of something meaningful. Being on this team feels like an opportunity to not only help the community but also push myself to grow in ways I might not expect. That’s something I’m really looking forward to, and I’d be excited to contribute as much as I can. What skills or qualities do you have that would make you a valuable member of the staff team? I’d say one thing I bring to a team is my ability to really focus and get things done. I don’t like leaving things half finished, so I make sure I put in the effort to see stuff through. I’m also pretty good at adapting when things don’t go as planned. I think being able to think on the spot is important, especially when things get hectic. Communication is another big thing for me. I try to make sure everyone’s on the same page and that there’s no confusion. I like being someone people can rely on, whether it’s to take on a task or just keep things moving forward. Have you been involved in any other communities or teams? If so, please list them and describe your role: Australian Roleplay (ERLC); Trial Administrator 2nd Platoon, B Coy, Special Operations Engineer Regiment (ROBLOX); Major General (Commanding Officer, basically head of the team) How would you handle a conflict between two community members? If there was a conflict between two community members, I’d just listen to both of them first. I think it’s important for everyone to feel like they’re being heard, so I’d let them speak without cutting them off. After that, I’d try to help them see each other’s point of view and maybe find a middle ground. If things start to get tense, I’d try to calm it down and make sure the conversation stays respectful. At the end of the day, I think the goal is to help everyone feel understood and find a solution that works for both of them. Describe a time you had to solve a difficult problem in a leadership or team role: There was this time on my old discord server when two members started arguing over something small, and it quickly made the whole vibe tense. I reached out to both of them privately to hear them out. They were frustrated, but once we talked, they found some common ground. I also sent a quick reminder to the server about keeping things respectful. It ended up working out, and things went back to normal. It wasn’t perfect, but it showed how communication can make a big difference How do you prioritize tasks when managing multiple responsibilities? When I’ve got a lot on my plate, I break things down into smaller tasks and figure out what needs to be done first. I like keeping track with lists and reminders, whether it’s on my phone or just something I jot down. I try to stick to set times for each task, but I’m also okay with shifting things around if something urgent pops up. I just focus on staying organized and not letting everything get too overwhelming. What do you think is the most important value for a Mountain Interactive Staff member to uphold, and why? I think respect is the most important value for a MI Trust & Safety Staff member. It helps create a space where everyone feels comfortable and valued. When people feel respected, they’re more likely to stay positive and contribute in a good way. For example, if a staff member listens to others or stays calm when things get tense, it helps set the right tone for everyone. Respect just makes everything run smoother and keeps things feeling good for the community. How would you support and encourage new members of the community? I’d start by greeting them with a “Hey, welcome to the community!” and let them know I’m here if they need anything. I’d make sure they know where to find the rules and other important info so they don’t feel lost. I’d encourage others to say hi and make them feel at home. Then, I’d check in with them after a few days to see how they’re settling in and if they need help with anything. Just want to make sure they feel comfortable and part of the group. What are your long-term goals, and how does being part of Mountain Interactive align with them? My long-term goals are to get better at communication and leadership while being part of a positive community. Joining Mountain Interactive feels like a perfect fit for that because it gives me the chance to learn and grow while helping others. It’s not just about taking on responsibilities. It’s about being part of something that values connection and support. Are there any areas within the community you feel need improvement? If so, what ideas do you have to address them? No, I do not have any concerns within the community. MI is good as is. AgreementBy submitting this application, I confirm that: All information provided is accurate to the best of my knowledge.
