I think it’s important for everyone to feel like they’re being heard, so I’d let them speak without cutting them off. After that, I’d try to help them see each other’s point of view and maybe find a middle ground. If things start to get tense, I’d try to calm it down and make sure the conversation stays respectful. At the end of the day, I think the goal is to help everyone feel understood and find a solution that works for both of them.
