Notes: The moderator ran infront of my barrel even though he saw it, same with the other dog guy. If the guy in the grey clothing wouldn't have gone into first person he wouldnt have walked infront of my barrel. Also he still saw me not standing at the correct spot (standing at the wall) but he still ran infront of my barrel. SI applies if you haven’t been in the area for a minute yet, but I was watching them from about 2 meters away. It looked like was tased before drawing my weapon which might explain why the timing seemed off (I didn’t notice that I was tased). Then I shot after being tased because I didn’t think he would tase me and I didn’t realize that I was tased (That’s why I shot while I was tased). I now understand that and I won’t do it again. As for the RDM claim I didn’t kill anyone. Even if that was considered RDM, it shouldn’t count because he was about to arrest me, so I shot him. I apologize for any rules that I broke and I explained why I broke these rules too. Heres the clip:

Ban Reason Answer: Why I should be unbanned: I believe the ban should be lifted because rejoining the game after having to leave for a legitimate reason should not result in being attacked as if nothing had changed. Leaving and returning should very clearly count as NLR. this defeats the purpose of NLR and this is unfair to other players. So basically a police officer came up and spiked me, and the only thing I actually did wrong was go over the speed limit a bit. Rejoining after after leaving a moderation scene by accident should not count as LTAP, I also have EVIDENCE of this being accidental, and I actually rejoined the game and came back to the scene, so why does this count as LTAP??. I respectfully ask to be unbanned as this is very unfair and it doesn’t make a lot of sense. Thank you for reading.
