    Roblox: Jeshdud Discord: Mimi4568 witness report: Hello, I was on scene when this took place. I was in a discord call with the person making this appeal . After he turned the corner he said his game crashed and then asked me to tell the officers what happened. I felt as if it did not matter as much as he was let go in the first place and walked away from the scene without handcuffs or being detained. No LEO on scene claimed he was being detained after he was let out of handcuffs
