Username: Juzostomb Reason for Ban/Restriction: With this situation we gang related war started between two sides. The person that clipped me for “RDM" started an active war involving murder and shootouts. With this situation we got the clip of the guy coming to our turf and shooting multiple of us. Later on I ended up running into the guy and I decided to fire at him and kill him. In the clip of me “RDMING” him I was in first person and noticed that he hopped out his vehicle right Infront of me, which resulted in me killing him as we just had an altercation which was roleplayed on both sides. We got into contact with a staff member that goes by o_hhx which he later reviewed this situation and advocated for my unban in which both sides mutually started an active gang war. Incident Details: The entire gang war situation was mutually started between us and that resulted in multiple shootouts, so everything was roleplayed and, on my side, if you review the clip that got me banned I ran into the same guy after 2-3 mins, so I resulted in killing him as the shootout continued the beef that we had. Username: isbgn Display: WickedCoast This is my alt account, although I haven’t played any Mountain Interactive games on this account, and this is my only alt account.

Roblox Username: Juzostomb Reason for Ban/Restriction: I believe my ban was completely false, this is the third incident where I have been banned for “Creating an alt account to avoid enforcement action” this has been multiple times now and I haven’t used an alt account to play this game, nor have I used one for my personal advantage. It is getting frustrating with this same topic when I haven’t used an alt whatsoever and I simply want to go back to playing this game. A few days ago, I got a response on this topic that it was Roblox Api which I am not aware of much, but it could potentially be a bug or something in that range. Incident Details: I don’t have many details besides the time was around 1AM when I logged onto the game to see that ban message, I was playing with my friends on the game before I got banned and when I logged back on hour later, I received that message. This is the third time that I have appealed for this same reason, but I keep getting banned for using an alt account. I haven’t once played this game on an alt account nor used one for an advantage. I believe this ban was completely false. It’s gets getting frustrating when this keep happening and I simply want to play this game. This has been a reoccurring problem multiple time’s now.
