This took place in Perris, on Friday evening at around 11:10pm PST. I had been wrongly cuffed and searched, and someone removed my gun from my inventory (not sure how). I called a mod, and some CHP officer had to audacity to say "why does this guy always cry to the mods". I jokingly called him bald (his avatar was bald), and the mod interpreted it as player disrespect. I was then brought to the mod room to discuss it. As I was talking to the mod, my wifi went out. I quickly restarted by router, which took a couple minutes. and proceeded to DM to mod and attempt to rejoin the game. By then it was too late, I had been banned for LTAP, and PD. I DM'd the mod saying I had disconnected, but he directed me here, to the appeals website. Ban Reason (as shown in the ban message) LTAP, PD. Why Should You Be Unbanned? I personally don't think it is common sense to think a guy purposely left to avoid punishment right Infront of a mod. Sure, I suppose it was player disrespect, but it was just slight retaliation to his comment about me bringing a mod and quote "crying about it" . I'm sorry for being rude, and I hope my WiFi doesn't go out right as I'm brought for questioning. I promise to think before I speak, and choose my words more wisely. He had crashed his car on the highway along with another random person. I offered to take the to spawn. As I was driving, an RPD officer assumed the car had been stolen, probably because he saw two civ arms sticking out in the back seats. He chased us, I knew why, and pulled over. My friend got mad, hopped out of the car, and proceeded to open the RPD's door. Me knowing what was about to happen hopped out of the car ready to shoot him. Of course, 5 seconds later my friend opened fire on the officer, and I was standing right behind him. I was quick to shoot and gun down my friend. After the incident I took the other civ and drove him back to spawn, and confronted my friend briefly as a joke (he probably thought I wasn't going to shoot him). Upon exiting spawn, I noticed a black unmarked vehicle following me. Not sure if he was responding to a call or wanted to pull me over for driving a bit reckless by the intersection, I pulled to the side to see if he'd get behind me or continue driving. Not sure what he was doing I just kept driving normally. However, I kept looking back uncertain of what his intentions were, until finally I went into first person and continued like nothing. A couple seconds later, boom! I've been spiked by some random RCSO who's somehow in an unmarked vehicle with spikes. I get out to confront him and he says quote "You shot a whole nother officer". At this point I'm confused. What is he talking about? What officer? Then it came to me, uh oh, this guy must've thought I killed that RPD officer my friend had shot and thought so maybe because I was standing so close and reacted so quickly. Well, I was infuriated, the guy hopped out of his vehicle, and I was ready to arrest him for spiking my car. I cuffed the RCSO but couldn't use the hold command (some script thing), so he managed to run away into his car. What's not shown in the clips below is a CHP actually cuffing me thinking I killed an RPD. However, he quickly uncuffed me realizing he couldn't just take some RCSO's word. In the beginning of Clip #2 you can see me briefly confronting him for doing so, before chasing after the cuffed RCSO who's missing a tire. Upon reaching the RCSO's car I attempted to yet again hold the guy and bring him in for booking. However, the hold command wouldn't work. The RCSO began approaching my car, since his car was inoperable, and I quickly realized, crap this guy is seriously about to steal my car. Well...he did and lucky for me I managed to get into the backseat before he could take off. While in the car I quickly entered the menu in order to obtain his identity, which I did by looking at his avatars hair, and noticing that while he was talking the guy matching his description was also currently talking. After I couldn't arrest the guy or call for help since no mods were on, I went to this page to report the guy. I had arrested this trooper's friend for trying to steal a cop car. Lbuch (the offender), who was my arrestee's friend, proceeded to hop into my cruiser, begging me not to arrest the guy because he, quote, "didn't mean to". I ignored him and calmly drove to the station to book him for attempted GTA. Upon arriving at the station, he tased me in an attempt to prevent me from booking his friend (as shown in clip #1). Later I drove out the station onto the side of the road to fill out my report on him for tool abuse. Of course...he jumped into my car and started ranting about how he'd get me banned for falsely arresting his friend blah blah blah. As I was filling out the report, it appears Lbuch had had enough, so all I heard in the background was bang bang. Of course, I reported the individual on Mountain Interactive’s reporting website, and about an hour or two later I was informed that the report had been rejected, no additional notes, only rejected. That staff member was Nolon. Nolon also thought it was a good idea to lock the report, which denied me the ability to reply to the message. Well, after discussing the report in the general chat, I was not only told that my report was wrongfully rejected, but that Nolon is quote, “a ass mod”, which seemed rather seemed rather harsh considering his contributions to the community. After mentioning him in the general channel and getting no reply, I decided to send him a direct message. Simply asking him why my report got rejected. Around 15min later he said “your spawn killing”. I sat in front of my monitor in shock, telling myself, "Hey maybe that guy in general was right about this guy.” Anywho, I ask him how on earth he could just assume that, and get no reply, tell him what happened, no reply. This left me with no choice but to return to medal and retrieve the rest of the clip proving that it wasn’t spawn kill, still no reply. I then tell him I’m re reporting the individual with additional proof and I kindly asked him to refrain from handling the new report. Then I finally get my reply, “Just Appeal the ban I'll give you a osp. Then it struck me, holy crap, I’ve been freaking banned! I tell him that it’s going to be in my records now. I also realised, “osp” means “one strike policy”. At that point I was fuming that he had the audacity to give me a one strike policy, as if I had done something wrong. I believe nolon is incompetent, and should be ashamed of himself for treating a player this way.
