Hello, I was Permanently Banned from Perris California, MI for Staff Dis and Team Kill. I would like to appeal this by including my side of the story along with the clips of other people attempting to “Arrest” me. So on November 21st 2024 I was patrolling as CHP with a buddy of mine I was on a scene where a CHP Unit was doing 100+ on the Bridge over the HWY where I sped up at supposedly 94 MPH by the RPD Unit that was attempting to arrest me I had initiated a Traffic Stop on the Vehicle but then was rolled up on by a CHP Tahoe and a RPD Explorer both of whom were trying to arrest me in the Gas Station near the Hospital I had told them I was not going to listen to them as they had no right to arrest me nor were they allowed(Tool Abuse) I then went outside to speak to the CHP unit of whom I let go because of these Units(CHP, RPD) I had gotten back into my car and attempted to go back on patrol but was met with a Pit and Box from the two units(CHP, RPD) they both got out and aimed weapons at me of which then I called staff. The staff member did not do anything and then Left the game after I sent the clip of the situation I was in. I was then met with a Taser Deployment on myself of which then I got back into my car and attempted to get away from these TA’ers but to no success they both hopped out again in the Gas Station parking lot aiming tasers and guns at me and I was threatened to get Tased and again of which then they aimed at me and I then shot the RPD who aimed at me. I was then gunned down by the CHP Tahoe unit and then attempted to request staff but was I guess denied because no one ever came to me I then left game to get my clips sent to the staff member of whom left the server at the time we had added each other for clips and I told him I shot the RPD guy and then was met with a Block by the Staff Member after attempting to submit more evidence. Fast forward about a Hour I rejoined game thinking everything was ok but was met with a Permanent Ban on my screen for “SD, TK”. I believe this is a False Ban and should have been handled better instead of myself getting blocked and ignored by INGAME STAFF that are SUPPOSED to deal with this sorta thing.
