Contrary to the ban message, this is not a direct ban from the MI moderators and they can not fix it, only roblox can. It is very hard to appeal I have been trying to appeal for a week and I have not gotten a response from Roblox's support team yet.

Me too. I joined on my development account, "4okw_development", and when I realised I was on my dev account I joined on my main and I was banned for the same error code. I have asked Roblox support and they haven't reached out for about a day or two.

Forgot to add this, but it DOES say if they are on. If there is no staff member active, it says something along the lines of "No active staff. Please submit player reports via forums."

I disagree, rule breakers and exploiters can check if there are any active staff on by asking something through !help every few minutes. It is not against the rules to do that too.

Adding on to this, I have not been banned from the game on my regular jamal2341cool account, so I don't know why it says "You created or used an account to avoid an enforcement action taken against another account within this experience" I have been off of my OSP since April 21st, and I have not had any bans, kicks, or warnings since.

I logged out, signed into my account that I play on, jamal2341cool, and I got this message. Ban Reason (as shown in the ban message) Why Should You Be Unbanned? I am super sorry that I made this mistake and I did not mean to use it to abuse in any way at all. I love playing LA it is my most played game and I really do want to continue playing it. I will not make the same mistake at all and I promise to go by the rules if you decide to give me an OSP. Once again I am very sorry that this happened and I just want to let you know that I am genuinely upset that this happened, so I want to appeal it today. I have read the LA rulebook up and down and I did not mean to intentionally alt at all. I promise to you today that it will not happen again. Thank you for reading my appeal.

I would but I got banned from that discord server because I somehow violated a "discord OSP" (I never got banned before so idk how I would be ON an OSP if I never had to appeal it). I said the corp blacklist role was Indian which led to ashkan banning me for violating an OSP pretty dumb in my opinion

What do you mean? Like make a department or something in the website or community that is actually official tutorials or sm?

You can see from Krokx's message that it said I was put on OSP through Circle except it must have been in like #functions or something because I wasn't notified of it. You can see Ashkan put it on my account on the 30th, but in my attachment of the circle DMs you can see the only thing I got from it was an automod warning from sending the LAPD's discord server.

That is the only marked message that said "You have been warned in Mountain Interactive." Also, I was never banned from the mountain interactive discord before and I was not actually notified about my discord OSP.

I’ve been warned once by noobyieeeee when i clicked the wrong gif if the gif section of the chat and I still instantly deleted it but that is the only warning i have ever gotten through MI

If that doesn't work make sure you have payed at least 35 real u.s. dollars on mountain interactive every single month so you can roleplay as a federal agent and get in trouble for pulling someone over
