My Ban Appeal Appealing Roblox Username: Supermathias09 Appealing Discord ID: 537383926101049360 Ban Length: 3 Day Ban Moderating Staff Member: dom.o23#0 What game did the ban take place in?: LA Ban Reason: RDM + RSI Why I Should Be Unbanned: I have read the report against me on the RDM & SI, and after carefully observing the motivation and reasoning behind the ban, I feel like it was heavily exaggerated and should be one to two days and not THREE, that's just ridiculous. The reason for it getting turned into a three day ban was that I'm a "repeated offender" and well.. recent tickets I've made clearly show the opposite - every appeal I made was accepted. That undeniably proves I'm not the villain that my record of sloppily executed warnings portraited me to be. The fact that the reason for it being such a long ban was proven false should soften the punishment duration. I'm not trying to excuse what I did, it was wrong, yes, but I would also like to note that we were in the aftermath of a shootout killing lots of cops and I tried to save my friend since I thought he got caught during the shootout, and I deemed myself part of the scene since I was part of the reason he was getting arrested in the first place. Looking back at it I can agree I was just too much in the moment. All I'm asking for is for the ban duration to get lowered by a day or two. Warning Reason: SI Warning Appeal: I just checked my ban record since I was going to appeal a 3 day ban which only was made a 3 day ban because I am a "repeated offender", which I know I'm not, but some staff had apparently added an SI warning without even adding any evidence or having me be aware of it. I literally have not been warned for SI a single time but someone just placed a warning without adding any note, no nothing to it. The warning is ridiculous and makes my record look a whole lot worse than it actually is. I have been banned for SI once before this ban occurred, which is also for SI, but staff thought this was my third SI violation this month when it's only second. If I did not receive this really sloppily moderated warning I would not have received that severe of a punishment. I asked him to do a task for me and provided evidence in the report that I clearly stated I would pay him with money or guns in return for popping his tires. I don't think it's fair that I get banned for RDM/SI when I clearly gave the individual a form of payment to carry out the task for me. I repeatedly told the officer to release him, at which point the individual started running away. I then withdrew my firearm and shot him in the face, after which I was shot by another officer.
