I have no clue; I've been off for about 2-3 days helping my grandma and I came back [today] to me being permanent ban. As his clipped showed, it looks like I just pull up on him and TK and RDM him. When I get 10-97 the RCSO guy looks at me and says something like "he just shot him for no reason", I just got RDM, so I was already very angry. After the RCSO guy tells me that, I walk up to the CHP trooper (which mind you, has no duty belt, body cam, and shoulder radio) and I asked why, he responds with nothing. So, me already being annoyed, I rack my pistol at the time and shot him once. In the clip -which DOSENT have audio- I said "stop moving or I will kill/spark you" after I said that he ran off into the street and kept running, when he went to his car, I shot him in the back which, in result killed him. That is where the clip ends, and I killed right after that I got killed by a different officer.
