Roblox Username & User ID* 3xFyQRN & 1770409289 Discord ID* 888678471688155196 Staff Member Who Banned You (Optional) RylanBLP What Happened?* I was playing the experience "Los Angeles" quite some time ago, I was selling weapons I've retrieved from dead players onto others. I attempted to sell a weapon to a client where he shot me and retrieved the weapons from me. Driven by emotion, I did a very stupid decision and decided the best way to resolve this was to use exploits to track him down. I located him however was RDMED by him. I reported it to staff where a glimpse of exploits was caught by the staff member and I was banned. Ban Reason (as stated in the ban message)* EXP Why Should You Be Unbanned?* I've taken time in reflection about the incident. I understand that my actions of using unfair advantages against others was foolish and would ruin the gameplay for others. During this reflection, I've taken actions where I stopped exploiting as a whole due to the fact that I understood why exploits are banned and how they affect the gameplay for others. I've learnt throughout this time that exploiting is one-sided and unfair towards others and that It ruins the fun of the game for others. I sincerely apologize for my actions and throughout this time, I've rehabilitated myself. I've realized that the true enjoyment comes from the players and the community itself and exploiting does no benefit to myself or others. My actions were terrible in this situation however I'd like to ask for the benefit of the doubt of the staff member reading this, all I want currently is to join back into this community and enjoy like every other player. I sincerely hope that I may be forgiven for my actions on that day and that my actions may have caused harm to others. Another thing I'd like to admit out of guilt, on the day I was banned, my foolish self decided the best course of action was to proceed on this alt account. Though I understand this may sound horrible and it is, I apologize again for bending the Mountain Interactive Guidelines, it has been some time since the alting ban on my other account and I'd like to admit, throughout this time I've had a wonderful time with the community members and played the game how it was supposed to be played. I met friends along the way and had fun with them without needing exploits. I sincerely apologize for both of my actions which violates the guidelines set in place to instill fairness and that I ask for the benefit of the doubt from the moderation team reviewing this, I apologize and wish only to rejoin the community and play it normally.

In terms of why I chose to do what I did, I let my emotions get the better of me and got rather disappointed when another player killed me a day or two before while trying to sell away firearms. At the time that this happened, I was unable to get the revenge I wanted which I also understand is against the rules set in place and I used Infinite Yield to track down the other player I was unhappy with when I found out he was in game the following day of the ban. I am in no way here to justify my reasons for using software’s that assist players to gain an advantage over others however instead to ask for an opportunity to redeem myself. Though I understand the gravity of what I’ve done, I’d like a chance to prove that I am able to play the game in a FAIR manner with other players. I’ve had a pleasant experience roleplaying with other users of the community up till I was banned, I do not wish for one impulsive action of mine to prevent me from playing this game with others. Example’s Suggestion: Suggestion for: Los Angles & Perris California My Suggestion: When you get close enough to an Officers Holster, a proximity prompt would appear allowing users to grab the officers gun. The Officer will be given 1.5 seconds to react by lets say clicking a key/button on their screen as an notification will show when the proximity prompt has been interacted with. If the Officer fails to react within the time given, the pistol will be transferred from the Officers Inventory to the civilian who initiated the prompt. Why This Would Improve the Game: There has been countless incidents where a suspect has tried to reach for an officers firearm as the suspect themselves do not own a firearm, I believe this feature would improve the game in terms of realism. I got this idea after watching countless bodycams of police officers in line of duty and the outcome of these actions has always been interesting to me as the Officer would have a to make a split second decision that could either end in his life being taken or the suspects.
