-1 Previous moderation history with 2 warnings and previously had a OSP in place, overall still a nice application, but not for me.

-1 Not much detail in the application at all, and you haven’t really answered most of the questions basically just skipping over the ones that you might of not liked or didn’t want to write up.

Mr BirdALot he’s been an employee at my bank the Bank of America for about 7 hours, he has had his up and downs via working here, but overall he is a great employee absolutely making those sales go higher then I ever would, I’m just pleased to have him apart of my team, in the long run.
