So he ran out infront the cop car then the cop car ran over him. He started to yell as I ran into the gun shop to get my gun. After I got my gun my friend ran inside hilltop hunting and we both ran into the shooting range area. Then we waited for the 4 cops that pulled me over to go inside the building and into the gun range. After 3 cops went inside the gun range were me and my friend were waiting till they came in and starting say "Hey sir" "Why are you running" which then I realized that I was gonna get arrested because last I got pulled I was told I had a warrant. So having a arrest warrant and getting pulled over by 4 officers means what... Your getting arrested. And I am not trying to have that happen. Then when trying to leave I was TPed to the squid room and told I was getting a Timeout for 10 mins because I "did not interact for long enough". Also in this case I dont even see how it is FRP. Description Of the Incident: I was LASD when I saw a male I dealt with later in the day for jumping into a car with out permission. I then put my ELS on and attemped to pull the car over to deal with the male. The car then crashed at the gun store. I was talking to the driver, till he pulled a gun out and shot me in the head. I then reported for RDM. After a couple of mins I was teleported here. Then I was told to go over to a corner by ves_al. I then explained my story to ves_al. He then teleported riles_jan (Shooter) to us and jailed riles_jan. After almost 10 mins of riles_jan asking what happen ves_al responded to riles_jan with "RDM". After almost 30 mins of riles_jan being jailed ves_al told him "You are being jailed for 15 mins for RDM" which then I said "He already severed his time from being jailed" and riles_jan said a mix of the same thing. after almost 40 mins of this and riles_jan not even being in time out ves_al left the game without finshing the report nor teleporting riles_jan or me back to the map. riles_jan then had to go. Notes: I was responding to a traffic stop due to another USMS (1) was attempting to pull over someone for reckless driving which he believed he was a felon. (Also driving a Insert car that was fully undercover) Once I got on scene I parked and got out my car where the two USMS were talking to each other. I came up and learned that the USMS (1) that initiated the traffic stop was telling the other USMS (2) that got pulled over to get back into his car. I walked up and told USMS (2) to get back into his car. After I came up USMS (1) starting counting down for him to get back in or he will arrest him. Was USMS (1) stop counting and USMS (2) was still standing in the same place I went around USMS (2) and put him in cuffs. After talking to USMS (2) for a minute I tried to grab USMS (2) with the hold tool which then USMS (2) stopped talking. I then said “Come get into my car we are holding you” which then he started to FRP and not RP being held and put into the car. Which then USMS (1) called staff which none showed up to the scene after 5 mins which then we both agreed USMS (1) and me to just shoot him in the head Out of RP to get this over with and be on with our lives since he was not cooperating.
