Roblox Username & User ID*: jellysavage065:1573446044 Discord ID*: 1118251349868556312 Moderating Staff Member: N/A Incident Description*: I was speeding up and down the main road, and the admin jailed me and warned me for GTA, which made me violate my OSP which led to my ban Ban Reason*:GTA driving and V-OSP Why should you be unbanned?*:I feel like I should be unbanned because after reading the rules the only rule that comes within the GTA driving is driving failure which states "Driving without RP consideration" but when I was driving and speeding I was RPing or at least was trying to because I was wanted by the police for speeding and murder (didn't pay my citation but added charges) and I went AFK to use the restroom but when I came back the server was still full but wasn't as active so I started racing people and evading cops again which in the rules there is nothing that states I cannot do any of those things plus the fact that people were doing RDM. I am not trying to say the admin didn't do his job, but I feel like he misunderstood why I was driving like that. I like this game because is it one of the few and maybe even the best serious RP games on Roblox, and for me to not be able to play and be apart of the community just hurts because the game is a lot of fun and recently I released how much time I spent and it helped with my boredness. I am ready to do or accept the things I have to do if I'm allowed to play your game. Appealing Roblox Username: jellysavage065 Appealing Discord ID: 1118251349868556312 Ban Length: Permanent Moderating Staff Member: rocky_00220 What game did the ban take place in?: Perris Ban Reason: Why I Should Be Unbanned: I feel like I should be unbanned because the 2 kills I have were RP as you can see in the clip I provided, but the accused third kill was not me as you can see in kill-logs. The admin didn’t even go to kill logs to make sure I was his killer and just accused me of killing him when I only killed the 2 officers I had beef with and in the clip you can see I died before I even had a chance if I were to kill him. I am wrongfully accused of RDM x3 when I perfectly had RP and I never killed the admin/cop. I understand why he would think I RDM’ed but if you are gonna perm ban somebody at least do the research to make sure you got all the information right, the admin also should have jailed me and spoken to me instead of banning me straight away. Appealing Roblox Username: Jellysavage065 Ban Length: 1 Day (Simple admin isn’t showing me my ban) Moderating Staff Member: 5lpm#0 (again simple admin isn’t showing me) What game did the ban take place in: Perris California Ban Reason: RDM ( clip doesn’t exist anymore) Why I Should Be Unbanned: I wanna be a admin for this game to help players have a better because I believe you should hear a persons side of the story and stuff like that but my ban record is bad and I’m just trying to clean it up. I can’t see the clip I don’t really recall what actually happened, but some of this bans were unfair because all of them were on accident or the admin not knowing what to do so they just ban me to get it over with. I’m not trying to hate of this game or the admins but I just feel like I should have gotten more of a chance because I was pretty much new to the game and as you can see I only have 1 warning and I didn’t really know the limits of the bans so I just feel like the admins should have let me know before just banning me out of no where.
