Appealing Roblox Username: StormRider1270 Appealing Discord ID: 1084470069611991121 Ban Length: 1 Day (24:00:00) What game did the ban take place in?: Perris, California Why should you be unbanned?: At the moment of realizing the person i shot (unarmed at the time) was NOT the RDM'er (shooter) as seen in the first couple seconds (You only see one person throughout the time of shooting, not both), though another person who looked exactly the same as the person I intended to shoot at (partner shot the rdm'er - cant see them drop in my POV) appeared. When I used the !help command (Clip did not capture it) on myself, explaining what happened, I was assisted shortly after by a staff member, someone who has assisted me before. We both ruled out it was RDM (Cannot provide screenshots here, please DM me on Discord if needed), and that it was a quick second reaction whether I shoot him or I type and tell him to put his hands up and get killed amidst typing. I have clips of both the incident as well as when being teleported to the staff member for the moderation aspect (I really would like to provide the clips for a clearer understanding). Around 5-10 minutes after the victim I killed died, he showed up to S&K where I swiftly approached him saying what happened, how it was not intentional, more so due to confusion - he did say "Alr" acknowledging what happened. I am an active reporter of rule breakers, had the same staff assist me on countless occasions, I follow the rules, I abide by it all, I have only been brough to that room on one occasion for responding to a call as FBI (received a warning), I am respectful towards everyone, I took ownership of my mistake and that even though it was a mistake, it still was RDM. When the staff member told me its still RDM, I agreed instantly. I have reported 30+ people, I want to make the community better for others and myself, I dont take chances nor shortcuts, this was a simple mistake. I had to make a decision in that split second of him appearing out the car. Please understand that I am someone who will put 110% effort into everything I do, I could write another 300 words, though I have said what is most important. I made a mistake, I take ownership for it, I am not denying it, not making any excuse and will remain like that in the future. I won't let one mistake change how I am in this community, it was a learning moment. I look forward to further RPs and moments, I wont let this stop me. look forwards to hearing feedback. About Me:Crispy (Gamer Name)🍟 I volunteered as an 🚑Ambulance Assistant for 1 year, where I obtained an NQF 4 Qualification. With this Qualification, I moved on to starting my very own Sport/Event Medic Business (self-employed) which has been going on for nearly 2 years now.
