We were at the premium housing which was a very isolated location considering there were 15 people on (rough estimate). He pulls into the street and out of every street it had to be ours and where we were. My buddies and I then went toward the 1st Row Housing to get away from him but he was camping at the Robs tools waiting for us to "break a law" or "run a red light" in which we did but he had nothing else to do but stalk us as we drove out. He pulled us over but we drove off toward the boa where he then lost sight of us for about 5 minutes before locating us at the houses on top of a roof. I then shot him along with the other deputy and no other police response was able to be made due to the fact he didn't press his panic, or radio anything in at the time. Therefore making any request for 32's would be breaking NLR as he died. Shortly after, Tristan_Division returned to the same scene in a different car thinking he wouldn't be noticeable. I informed him that he was breaking NLR and he didn't seem to care. We killed him again but 2 of us were killed and we told our friend that was still alive who killed them all to meet us at robs tools and avoid staying at the same location the scene was to prevent ourselves from breaking NLR and looking like hypocrites. Tristan_Division went back to the 1st row again for the 2nd time of breaking NLR and followed my friend to robs tools where he was meeting us. Tristan_Division then attempted to roleplay with us when we weren't hostile and thought that we would ignore the fact that this was his 2nd time breaking NLR. The scene goes on from there with just him and other officers pointing guns until my friend who was the one that didn't die decided to shoot at them to put an end to him coming to try and arrest/kill us after he dies everytime. Example’s Suggestion: Suggestion Suggestion for: Perris, California My Suggestion: Add more realistic citations/charges Change the bank vault stacks of cash/gold have a quicker interaction time as it seems to take forever and isn't fair on civilians when robbing because cops raid the bank before collecting half the stacks Add more lighting to less populated areas Add a working car wash behind s&k for players to actually interact with rather than sit at s&k Move civilian spawn closer to Perris (On the road to NG/FBI) Add forest trees on both sides of NG road to create more scenery and to prevent suspects in pursuits from going off road (not sure how this would go with lag) Why This Would Improve the Game: This would enhance roleplay by creating opportunities to take in realism because of the scenery and the interactive places for people to visit rather than sit around and do nothing in a parking lot. Adding more light and action down near the BOA/Houses side of Perris would create more scenes down there and improve the ability to see at night with added lighting. Lastly, I understand that moving the civilian spawn closer to perris would impact the number of people breaking NLR or getting the chance to, however that issue can easily be brought up by the moderation team by dealing with it in-game. I made 4 help calls and 2/4 of them were claimed by SpicyBreathMints, bear in mind he was the only moderator online, I asked over the radio what his status was and he said that he would attend my calls in a second, about 10-15 minutes had past and I hadn’t been informed of any resolution to my staff calls. Multiple other members were asking for 453 (His callsign) to attend there requests as well. There was about half an hour of an exploiter going around shooting and rdm’ing then flying away when nearly shot and there was no moderator intervening with the problem that was occurring. It took a much more respected Moderator/Developer (Haydz) to take action toward the exploiter in which he did and solved the problem in an instant by issuing a permanent ban. I’d like if IA conduct an inquiry as to why those help calls were ignored considering the fact he stated that he would attend the help requests. My Warning Appeal Appealing Roblox Username: CaptainIIFergie Appealing Discord ID: 1209230216551997544 Warning Date: 11/1/2024 Moderating Staff Member: @GH0ST What game did the warning take place in?: Perris, California Warning Reason: V-PT Warning Appeal: I was warned for violating peacetime because I initiated a pursuit by taking off from a traffic stop before the Peace Time was announced. While I was mid-pursuit I was jailed by a Moderator and was told that I’d receive a warning for V-PT. I told him that it was a pure misunderstanding considering that I didn’t know pursuits were not allowed in peacetime bearing in mind that the message at the top of my screen was “Prepare for Peace Time to be Enabled” then followed right after with “Peace Time has been Enabled”. I tried saying to the Moderator that I would’ve had a better idea of what it meant if the message included: “End all roleplays”. I then told the Moderator that it wouldn’t happen again now that I knew what it was, but he still thought that due to the high priority of the chase there was purpose in what I was trying to get out of it. I tried to explain that violating peacetime weren’t my intentions and that I didn’t have enough knowledge/warning on what the consequences were. I’d like if I got a second chance due to the fact that It was my first warning for V-PT and If I did get a second chance I wouldn’t ever violate peacetime again now that I know what it means. Someone crashed into me and they were in a pursuit so there were about 4-5 cops following and they all crashed into the guy who had already crashed. I honked my horn once, and once I honked there was another civ behind me spamming his horn for no reason. Before the moderator arrived he took off making me look like I was the one who was just spamming the horn due to the fact I was the only civ at the scene with a civilian car that has a similar horn sound. This was my first time being warned and I feel like it’s a petty thing that the Moderator did considering that he wasn’t sure if it was me or not when I had told him that the guy had took off before he flew over to the scene to assess what had just happened. The officer’s also took my side when I was talking to the Moderator by also stating that it wasn’t me and that it was somebody else. The Moderator told then told them to leave the staff scene when they were witnesses who could’ve assisted with the description of who it actually was spamming the horn.
