He was operating ELS which was unjustified due to the fact there were no current calls or priorities to respond to. He stated that he was searching BOA, but there was no reason to search BOA. I asked him for identification but he refused to hand it to me and randomly accused me of spamming my sirens when I was attempting to stop him. He took off from the traffic stop failing to roleplay as LEO don't evade from other LEO... He then crashed at the second row of housing behind BOA and reset to avoid his arrest with no intention to roleplay. He showed no respect for me or the rules as he called me "kid" multiple times and said other disrespectful comments as seen in the clip. He thought the whole scene was a joke and that it was funny in which it wasn't. I went to go pick up my friend who just joined the game and then went to locate the sheriff who had just reset as he would probably be driving back toward sk, which he was. I attempted to stop him in relation the incident prior to him resetting, however he took off again sparking a long pursuit that went out of perris. He abused the radio several times whilst we were in the pursuit, failing to maintain RTO and disregarded others peace as he didn't bother to listen when people were asking him to stop transmitting. He was never stopped in the end, the non-radio transmissions carried on for another half hour which is why I am making this report along with there being no staff online at the time. I find it very ridiculous that this player carried out those actions, considering his punishment would've simply been a 250 dollar citation at the bare minimum. Example’s Suggestion: Suggestions Suggestion for: Perris, California My Suggestion: 🚒🔥 Fire Station Relocated on the Main Road of Perris (Get rid of fence that stretches from DMV to Taco Bell and replace with FD there to be more of an attraction and closer to the center of perris) ⌛Implement a queuing system for players trying to join (This will reduce long waiting times in peak hour perris 👀) 🗺️ Create a Mini Map bottom right corner that has street names, landmarks and N, E, S, W directions (This will enhance locating people and in police pursuits) 📞 Allow 911 Dispatchers to locate the real location of a 911 call and track caller in case the call is fake or an ambush (Gives LEO a fair chance of actually knowing what is going on and gives a proper location, Obviously won't be used if there are no dispatchers online, Hopefully this would enhance Dispatch activity) 🔎Staff count for servers (Players will be able to see what server has staff and what ones don't) 🕵️Encourage Staff to overview big roleplay scenes so if a player for e.g. enters a house with 5 barricaded shooters when they aren't involved, staff can easily intervene and prevent any interference to the scene from occurring. This would also help with .......... RCSO's entering a house with a shield by themselves and ruining any potential RP that others get out of it just because they are a "hero" and somehow "know where all the shooters are inside the house" 👮Allow LEO to cuff and detain more than 1 person (Prevents someone's partner in crime from shooting you straight as you arrest there friend) 💻Create a "Bail - Yes/No" under a player's "Active Warrant - Yes/No" (Make it so if a player is fresh out of jail and gets stopped by police, they can know if they breach bail by committing crimes) Why This Would Improve the Game: These would all improve the game because they're all the functions that would enhance roleplay experience and prevent further miscommunication, misunderstandings and mishaps that nearly always occur in Perris. I think that encouraging staff who are online to view big roleplay scenes would provide reassurance that if a rule is broken in the middle of the roleplay, players can continue playing without having to call staff midway through the roleplay.

Suggestion for: Perris, California My Suggestion: FD relocated to main road in perris (Would attract more attention to FD and would look cooler) Make there a queue instead of whoever clicks first gets in first (Prevent people from having to wait 10 minutes with there mouse ready to get in a max server) Coroner team (Remove Bodies, Photograph and determine cause of death) Mini map in bottom right corner (Allow for better 20's as a police POV but also good for new civilians to find there way to perris) let dispatchers be able to track the real location of a 911 call incase it may be false or ambush (Prevent the fake calls/distractions) staff count on servers (People can know what server would be best to join) encourage staff to view active hostage scenes or barricaded suspect scenes (prevent mainly rcso and civilians interfering with the scene) Allow LEO to cuff and detain at most 2 people (Often LEO are forced to let people run away on foot due to only having one pair of cuffs) Why This Would Improve the Game: said in brackets above ^^^ (Explain how your suggestion would enhance the gameplay, experience, or community.)

We were at the premium housing which was a very isolated location considering there were 15 people on (rough estimate). He pulls into the street and out of every street it had to be ours and where we were. My buddies and I then went toward the 1st Row Housing to get away from him but he was camping at the Robs tools waiting for us to "break a law" or "run a red light" in which we did but he had nothing else to do but stalk us as we drove out. He pulled us over but we drove off toward the boa where he then lost sight of us for about 5 minutes before locating us at the houses on top of a roof. I then shot him along with the other deputy and no other police response was able to be made due to the fact he didn't press his panic, or radio anything in at the time. Therefore making any request for 32's would be breaking NLR as he died. Shortly after, Tristan_Division returned to the same scene in a different car thinking he wouldn't be noticeable. I informed him that he was breaking NLR and he didn't seem to care. We killed him again but 2 of us were killed and we told our friend that was still alive who killed them all to meet us at robs tools and avoid staying at the same location the scene was to prevent ourselves from breaking NLR and looking like hypocrites. Tristan_Division went back to the 1st row again for the 2nd time of breaking NLR and followed my friend to robs tools where he was meeting us. Tristan_Division then attempted to roleplay with us when we weren't hostile and thought that we would ignore the fact that this was his 2nd time breaking NLR. The scene goes on from there with just him and other officers pointing guns until my friend who was the one that didn't die decided to shoot at them to put an end to him coming to try and arrest/kill us after he dies everytime.
