My Warning Appeal Appealing Roblox Username: CaptainIIFergie Appealing Discord ID: 1209230216551997544 Warning Date: 11/1/2024 Moderating Staff Member: @GH0ST What game did the warning take place in?: Perris, California Warning Reason: V-PT Warning Appeal: I was warned for violating peacetime because I initiated a pursuit by taking off from a traffic stop before the Peace Time was announced. While I was mid-pursuit I was jailed by a Moderator and was told that I’d receive a warning for V-PT. I told him that it was a pure misunderstanding considering that I didn’t know pursuits were not allowed in peacetime bearing in mind that the message at the top of my screen was “Prepare for Peace Time to be Enabled” then followed right after with “Peace Time has been Enabled”. I tried saying to the Moderator that I would’ve had a better idea of what it meant if the message included: “End all roleplays”. I then told the Moderator that it wouldn’t happen again now that I knew what it was, but he still thought that due to the high priority of the chase there was purpose in what I was trying to get out of it. I tried to explain that violating peacetime weren’t my intentions and that I didn’t have enough knowledge/warning on what the consequences were. I’d like if I got a second chance due to the fact that It was my first warning for V-PT and If I did get a second chance I wouldn’t ever violate peacetime again now that I know what it means. Someone crashed into me and they were in a pursuit so there were about 4-5 cops following and they all crashed into the guy who had already crashed. I honked my horn once, and once I honked there was another civ behind me spamming his horn for no reason. Before the moderator arrived he took off making me look like I was the one who was just spamming the horn due to the fact I was the only civ at the scene with a civilian car that has a similar horn sound. This was my first time being warned and I feel like it’s a petty thing that the Moderator did considering that he wasn’t sure if it was me or not when I had told him that the guy had took off before he flew over to the scene to assess what had just happened. The officer’s also took my side when I was talking to the Moderator by also stating that it wasn’t me and that it was somebody else. The Moderator told then told them to leave the staff scene when they were witnesses who could’ve assisted with the description of who it actually was spamming the horn. My Warning Appeal Appealing Roblox Username: CaptainIIFergie Appealing Discord ID: 1209230216551997544 Warning Date: 11/23/2024 Moderating Staff Member: @Maxis2good What game did the warning take place in?: Perris, California Warning Reason: RDM Warning Appeal: I was warned for RDM because I was being harassed by a Sheriff non-stop for 5 minutes and I told him to stop following me otherwise he would be shot and then I started resisting arrest by running away and when the sheriff was about to cuff me I pulled my Glock 19 and shot him in the head. The moderator was flying above and heard the gunshots but didn’t see the part when I was being harassed and chased so he thought that I killed the sheriff for no reason but I felt threatened because I was about to get arrested. He then brought the sheriff I killed back to the scene and attempted to ask him if he was rdm’ed or not but the sheriff was new to the game and didn’t understand a thing that the moderator was asking him. The sheriff was asked “Did he rdm you"? and he replied with “?” and the Moderator simplified the question by asking, “Did he kill you for no reason” and the Sheriff of course said Yes but still clearly didn’t know what the Moderator was talking about. I explained to the moderator that it wasn’t RDM and that he should void the scene considering that he didn’t see the scene and the Sheriff was in-capable of providing an accurate answer to whether it was rdm or not when asked by the Moderator. The whole situation seemed like a his word over mine due to the Moderator taking advantage of the new player’s understanding on what the rules were regarding RDM. The initial report was for FRP but I can’t see anywhere when I failed to roleplay considering that I was carrying out an arrest for him because he was evading. My Warning Appeal Appealing Roblox Username: CaptainIIFergie Appealing Discord ID: 1209230216551997544 Warning Date: 12/18/2024 Moderating Staff Member: wil What game did the warning take place in?: Perris, California Warning Reason: FRP Warning Appeal: The warning should be lifted because I was driving straight whilst I was in cuffs and prior to me entering the Stolen RCSO Tahoe; the ignition was on, the driver’s side door was open, the car wasn’t in park and the Lights/Sirens were running at the time. Once I entered the vehicle the sheriff who owned it attempted to shoot at me, while in the process he closed the door on me making it look like I was the one who closed it which I didn’t. Because of those reasons I think that it shouldn’t have been a warning for FRP. The moderator who jailed me stated that driving in cuffs by itself was FRP however I have been told by numerous Moderators that it isn’t FRP as long as you don’t turn the wheels, use Lights/Sirens or close doors etc.. I tried respecting the Moderator’s POV, although I found it was hard to get my story across to him and he didn’t let me explain and banned me before I even had a chance to. The moderator who was at the scene got the clip from the officer but It didn’t show the other civilian making it look like I was the one doing it. I’d like for this warning to be lifted because the moderator who warned me didn’t see who was actually the one opening the doors to the police car and the Officer who gave him the clip got given the benefit of the doubt because I didn’t have a clip to prove it. He then found out that he had nothing to warn me for, yet he used ‘Me Killing my friend’ as a reason to support the supposed RDM when I was sniping toward the cops so my friend could be let free. The scene went on for about 10 minutes before me planning my attack on the cops who were arresting him but I failed to take out the cops ending up with me killing a bystander by accident who was also at the scene but also in the crossfire. He was wearing all black making it look like he was dressed as a PD Officer. I think this warning should be lifted considering that the supposed ‘RDM’ on the people at the scene was me killing them due to them being in the crossfire, not me just randomly killing them because I felt like it. This is because he had stolen money in-game from me which I dropped for a friend to take and he had collected it (The Guy Who Reported Me). I then roleplayed shooting him for stealing my cash. However, there was a long duration of time before I had shot him because he attempted to run away to deposit the cash. He then cut that all out of the clip that he sent to the moderator making it look like I shot him for no reason when he was putting my cash into his bank. Staff Member: @556x45mm_roundz Review Rating: 10/10 Review Notes: Conducts himself professionally on all staff scenes that he responds to and deals with it quickly and efficiently. Considering there were multiple people around the scene Tool Abusing he directed his focus on them to prevent anyone being Tool Abused and issued the reasonable punishment. Whilst dealing with all of that, there was another guy disrespecting Staff. 556×45mm_roundz once again dealt with the situation professionally and issued the punishment to the offender.
