Appealing Roblox Username: cubelikes234 Appealing Discord ID (e.g., 709881578058285127): 809845816394645572 Ban Length: Perm Moderating Staff Member: k4i4nn#0 What game did the ban take place in?: Los Angeles Ban Reason: Why I Should Be Unbanned: I believe I should be unbanned because firstly I believe I didn’t interfere any roleplay scene, I was part of the roleplay scene beforehand, I was roleplaying with my friend in dominos and I was inside dominos AFK for a bit since I went to the toilet and then when I come back I see my friends in cuffs, I was literally inside the restaurant and was actively roleplaying with the guy who was getting arrested at that moment, so I hopped out of the car and then the guy getting arrested PM’ed me and said “ shoot the cops arresting me” so I shot the officer arresting him and then I shot the officer under me as I knew he would try shoot me first, to avoid any further unnecessary kills I went inside of vaminos or dominos idk and then yall just shot me, I was literally part of the roleplay scene so I dont think I should be banned for RSI, and since I was apart of the roleplay scene beforehand, I dont believe I should be banned for RDM, and ultimately I havent violated my One Strike Policy. Over the course of the 20 days or so i’ve been banned, i’ve reflected on my behaviour since then and I have read the rules THOROUGHLY and I believe that I am ready to come back to Perris and Los Angeles. I really loved your game and It was one of my favourites, ive spent over 48 hours and I REALLY loved this game, I bought titanium, platinum, 25 dollar MI giftcard because of how much I loved this game. I aint saying this to try guilt trip anybody, but this time, once I hopefully get unbanned, I really wish I want to play it normally again. I loved this game, and I dont believe in things like using ALT accounts to bypass the punishment. I believe I should be cleared of my ban, I wish to return to this game. If you want, I can explain this in even further detail in DM’s if you put my ban under investigation. Please, just give me a chance. I know I broke your chance, but we all make mistakes. I didn’t have an intention to violate my one strike policy, he gave me a warning but apparently because I’m on OSP its a perm ban.. - the reason I thought I could do it was because I didn’t know a simple warning could perm ban me, I thought that it was only if I had got banned, that’s when I violated my OSP, I didn’t know that a simple warning could just do all of this. I didn’t mean for there to be a misunderstanding, but if you see the clip, that was attached to my ban it was a false recording, however I have somebody else’s recording that shows me doing said things. I don’t believe I committed “RSI”, but I am sure that we can debate on RDM, because I promise, I didn’t think what I did was RDM. I just tried to roleplay with my friend and then cops came to try arrest him, but I was actually with “scambleuser”, we were in the roleplay scene together, and I believe that the cops had entered OUR roleplay scene, I was originally part of the scene therefore I don’t believe I committed RDM. I believe the cops in the clip interfered with our roleplay scene, and I was part of that roleplay scene before they were, so I believe that my actions were justified. Also, I just want to add a note that I’ve spent so much money on this game, its heart breaking that I get banned for this. If you need a clip, shoot a DM to me. But I understand if this gets denied. I should have asked a staff member before doing so, and my failure to do so resulted in this ban. But I believe I should unbanned because I want a second chance. I don’t want to get banned on Perris forever, because I simply did this random thing. I didn’t mean to upset anybody. I didn’t mean for those to perceive it like this. I thought it was okay and I didn’t know AT ALL that this was bannable, If I knew it was bannable I would have NEVER have done it in the first place. I really want to play your games again, and I’ve always wanted to play your game with the platinum VIP subscription, I want to play your games. I really want this chance to play the game again because not only do I love it much - its the only game i’ve ever spent 25 quid on for a subscription. I loved the game so much - I loved everything about it while I had Plat. I don’t want to be banned on Perris ever, and this is why i’m making this report. I believe I can get a 2nd chance at your game, and I believe I can do great roleplays, I’m really good at roleplaying and that my NITRP was just a sudden thing. My Membership ReviewRating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (Out of 5) My Review: Before my membership, I had to buy the guns which were very expensive and had no cars to use. However, after my membership, Perris basically becomes a fun roleplay playground. You can do literally anything you want with platinum, and it enhances your game experience by miles and miles. I would 100% recommend this over gold, silver and the mountain premium lite from roblox passes. It has made everything about this game better, which makes it one of my favourite games monthly, if not my favourite. Favorite Perks: Unlocked teams Spawned in guns Inserts

I saw that a RPD car was empty and it was unlocked, so me and another guy decided to carjack it and it had mobile spikes. Because mobile spikes was new to me (never had mobile spikes), I decided to extend them and pop nearly everybody’s tires in the city as a form of excitement. After looking back at my actions, I realise what went wrong and that what I did went against the guidelines outlined and that I had negatively affected the roleplay experience of others. I want to apologise to those affected, and that I guarantee that this wont happen again with me (NITRP), and I will make sure that my actions wont affected others like that again. And I will attempt to roleplay with others more passively.
