SNIPE_SNIPER, I currently serve as the Customer Support Lead at Mountain Interactive, where I lead the support team in delivering top-tier assistance to the community. I'm Based in the United Kingdom, when I'm not working for Mountain interactive I work as a Student Technician with the Ambulance Service, I plan on serving for 3 Years when I reach the role of Technician before I then look at the goal of becoming a paramedic. I took some time out of Mountain Interactive due to my study and I'm due to graduate at the end of Feb 2025, I enjoy my role as a corporate member were I use my expertise to enhance the customer support experience and ensure our team meets the highest standards of service.
