Bit of an old post and I am also not a moderator but you could try making a support ticket in the website

Which one did you buy, its only after platinium that you get extra cars, also if your subscription doesn't work or you don't have it make a support request

Im not 100% sure, but I am pretty confident its not, there are multiple keybinds on vehicles, it is console friendly tough

Did you try rejoining the game?, if rejoining doesn't work you could maybe make a support ticket

I don't think they do, im pretty sure you have to do a ticket either in the forums or in the discord
