At the time of my AA ban, I was recently unbanned on my main (ZIZYBOB0720) and had been playing for a couple days at that point. While banned on ZIZYBOB0720, I wasn't using please_havethiswork to avoid any sort of bans, or anything like that. I wasn't using any sort of account to bypass MI bans. The whole reason I got banned for AA was simply because my account, please_havethiswork, had old moderation history on it (at least to what I understand). I wasn't actively avoiding a ban, and I think that should count towards something, even though I did have old moderation history on it. I'm not trying to justify my actions; I broke the rules and I can admit to that and understand why I got banned. I just believe I deserve a second chance because of the fact I understand what I did wrong and can admit to it, and I wasn't actively using my alt to bypass a ban or anything malicious like that. Previous appeal was closed for inactivity, even though nobody was replying to it.

I don't know, I think I was playing on the RCSO team in Perris and was involved in a mod scene, when some admin power tripped during the whole situation and banned me for "FRP" and I believe since I was on OSP at that time, it was permanent. Ban Reason (as shown in the ban message) FRP, V-OSP Why Should You Be Unbanned? I believe I should be unbanned as I don't think I even did enough to warrant a full ban for FRP. From my small memory, I believe the admin got mad because I was sitting in my car during the mod scene (I was told by the moderator I was allowed to), and so he ended up jailing me, deleting the car, and then banning me. The admin was also with another moderator at the time, and I DM'ed the moderator after, and he agreed with me that the entire thing was bogus and I shouldn't have even been banned. I've learned my lesson, to listen to moderators even if it conflicts with something else, as I do not want to be banned anymore after this incident. I will also be avoiding situations like that by just listening to the admin/moderator the first time, and trying to stay out of trouble. I would attach proof to this ban appeal, proving that the admin literally power tripped out, but I believe I deleted the clip when I purged my medal library.

The clip that the moderator provided was from moderator perspective, which did not see the full interaction. I had shot the guy in the Charger because he made a comment towards me after I said “you look stupid” towards both of them, and I didn’t like said comment, so I shot him. Nothing wrong with that. Not to mention, they were revving their engines and stuff, which was my initial reason for running to the top of the parking garage to see what they were doing. None of this was RDM, and the clip literally shows the guy saying another message before the moderator drives off, which was the reason I had shot him. Roblox Username: ZIZYBOB0720 Discord ID (Ex. 709881578058285127): REPORTING CONTENTS: Staff Username: c9grave Discord Username or ID: 1239775246073200644 Description Of the Incident: I was sitting in my car at a staff scene, and he kept telling us to get out, and used the excuse “your engine is loud” even though this is in Perris and nobody there was using VC. The moderator who was talking to us originally also had no problem with it and never told us to get out. This guy just pulled up and started bossing us around and taking control of his mod scene. He ended up deleting my car, and at the same time, the original mod said that he can’t do anything without proof, so I turned around to respawn my car since the spawner was right next to us, but c9grave just teleported me back, but I continued walking because my game was laggy and I didn’t even see I had teleported. Once I realized, I stopped and asked what he was doing, to where he just decided to jail me and say he’s going to remove me from the server. This kid just kept escalating the situation, and ended up banning me in the end for FRP because I took an unlocked and abandoned CHP car to drive back to RCSO, but I have no counter proof for that so I can’t do much.
