    the dude's name was silent was hitting people with car GTA driving and he kept saying he was responding to call, but he did not, and he was driving reckless, and he left the game when SBI cuffed him, and he flipped his car multiple times I don't have a clip of the SBI cuffing him but I this clip of driving crazy and there were more in that server who saw be reckless.
