I am writing this appeal due to the fact of this ban. I got upset because the staff member whom was a kid, was acting unprofessional and using his Moderation Tools like it was cookies. This Moderator is out of his mind if you think i will allow a kid to yell at me and not allow me to speak my side. I should’ve been gave a warning or a day ban not a perma ban. First of all, Accusing someone of VTOS when i didn’t violate at VTOS whatsoever, Yes i left to avoid, But i’m sorry but having a child as a staff member is a whole different story by far. AoR & SD is not needed as i have no way of knowing what that means. I have done nothing but break RTO by texting in chat, Last time i checked Radio Traffic Only is a whole different case and talking in the radio is not against RTO whats so ever. I feel this ban was incorrect by the Staff Member. Not once within my year in this community have ever gotten banned or kicked from this server/ game besides my timeout on discord and i left, but that is besides the point. Even if this gets declined. I quess i should’ve told the CEO’s of the possible website leaking MI’s asset’s for free on a place called darkblox.vip and other places aswell, Secondly of all this, This is a wrongful ban. Accusing me of VTOS when i did nothing against VTOS is kinda a low blow and really sad to know that Staff around here can just ban anyone if they feel like it (As many Staff+ have told me that, They don’t care about their jobs, they just wanna act like they are doing something. But to perma ban me over a RTO thing is really sad in all others of life. I just would like to understand why this became Permanent in what state of mind do you gotta be to ban someone who knows the RTO concept in and out and someone says textchat is against RTO. Whether or not the incident never gets resvolved the amount of assets that get leak to that website i had mention, You guys are loosing money right now because of that, But why would you care that you’re whole MI stuff is out there being leaked and modifed. (As someone who works in law enforcement, Text chat on a radio does not exist. Only pushing a button that transmits to a source. But making it a rule is pointless. (If you look at chatlogs prior how is text chat against RTO, when people that don’t have mics use the radio. and it still violates RTO in what aspect ) ( In all honestly this ban is false ) & The staff member who did it is also in the wrong.

Dan’s Introduction Name: Dan A Little About Me: I’m 25 years old, I’m currently taking classes on management & criminal justice. Was born and raised here in Upstate NY. Just about a few years ago i started my roleplaying career in Grand Theft Auto 4 , I had great and bad experiences in micro-managing a community with a tons of different people i didn’t knew at the time, When things started to look real and everything was starting to look good. I was able to get a few years in every field of the emergency services whether that be fire,ems or Police i was able to earn some great experiences and knowledge to better myself in other places or community’s. When i had graduted high school, I joined my local’s fire department at 14 so at the time i was a Junior Firefighter, then when i turned 18 my whole life has changed me. Now i volunteer as a firefighrer and i am the most happiest person ever. Why I Joined Mountain Interactive: I joined Mountain Interaction because i felt that this place would be a great fit for me as someone who likes emergency services roleplay. Once i had gotten use to MI’s community i realized that i don’t think ill ever leave, because its like another home for a community to be apart of. I also joined this community to be able to make a few friends and get to know everyone or just have a cool interaction with everyone and just to have fun really. In all my other community’s i was ever with i was treated like i was nothing. MI feels more of a home to be honest. There might be some times where it’s difficult to find a good conversation instead of it being toxic, But overall i think its decent. Favorite Games or Gaming Genres: I mostly play games that i can handle on my potato dell gaming laptop, but mainly has to be Perris, California / Payday 2 or just anything that basically works without lagging or having desync issues. But overall i have no issues, I just play to whatever comes to mind really lol. Excited About: The intercations on perris have to be the most funniest thing i’m happy to play the experience, some are good. some are bad but i still end up having fun while doing so.
