What is your Roblox Username and User ID?Username: xTslvq ID: 746671635 What is your Discord ID?ID: 1031625015768141914 Have You Been Punished in the Last 60 Days? No. Note: Unless I was warned for an issue I am unaware of while I was inactive. Have You Had an Application Denied in the Last 90 Days? No, this is my first time applying for staff. Were you a previous Staff Member? No. Do You Have a Working Microphone?Yes, but I am unable to gain access to Roblox voice chat. What Country Are You From?United States of America. Have You Moderated Other Communities?Yes. I was a Trial Moderator for some time in DOJ:RP Sandy Shores on Roblox and had connections to upper staff there. I was then fired for a misunderstanding, I did not bother reinstating as a moderator though as it was too time consuming at times. Note: Moderation was time consuming at that time, although now I find myself with plenty of free time during all days of the week. Which Mountain Interactive Servers Do You Play Most?I play only in Perris. I have not touched the LA one yet as it did not exist last I played, and I dont necessarily plan on touching it unless it becomes more popular over Perris and the community slowly migrates to that instead. I am pretty familiar with basic rules and punishments but I will be more than happy to learn anything an everything I'd have to do as a moderator. Why Do You Want to Become a Moderator?I have been a member of Perris for around 2 years now I think, I started playing when I was in a "roleplay game" type if phase with Roblox, and I really enjoyed playing Perris. I then stopped playing it as my PC broke, and then forgot about the game. But I did keep in touch with some updates to MI through email and the website, althought I did take another longer break from the website to where I had to reactivate my account a few days ago. I'd love to be a moderator in this community as I find it a very enjoyable and fun community, besides the people who troll and RDM a bunch, but thats besides the point.. As stated in my response to the previous moderation experience question, I have a good amount of experience with moderation, more so on Discord than Roblox but I am looking to get into the Roblox moderation for games. My experience with Perris and MI has honestly greatly influenced my wanting to apply for staff here, sure the staff may now know me, but the experiences I'd have with them in game and in the server are always good. I have decided to apply for staff as of tonight, I found myself playing in a very corrupt server and tried getting staff to come assist but none were online in game. I ended up leaving eventually, so to me I disregarded it as I am a normal player as of now. It seems as if there may not be enough staff yet or staff that can be active at later times like this (1AM EST or later), so I thought I'd apply and see if I can contribute to the team and community. Now, I do understand why there may not be that many staff as you guys would like to have a solid team, I'm assuming at least, which makes perfect sense. And I feel as if I can contribute to that team based off of my previous experiences with moderation as a whole. Some traits that I feel as if I have for moderation would be maturity, I can stay calm in tense or overwhelming situations and handle situations with thier respective consequences or punishments, I am responsible, as I find myself taking the in game rules, the ones I am very familiar with, seriously. I have good communication skills, I can explain rules and or punishments thoroughly and respond to players' questions or concerns accordingly. I can be active at all times unless I am either sleeping, working, or at school. Although whilest I am at school I can still assist with things via Discord. I can be a good team player helping other staff members keep the community and game fun and enjoyable for others. I can be a problem solver as well, as I can sometimes think quickly and deal with unexpected issues efficiently and orderly. Also, I would like to note that I am very open and willing to learn about all things moderation inside of the MI community. And now for my history with MI, personally I do not have much "history" with higher ups like David and Ash, although I have talked to both a few times back when I first started playing (2 years ago), and no I don't expect them to remember it or me at all. Other than that I am honestly unsure what else to add about my history with MI, I have been here for quite a while and have seen the community grow, which is amazing. Perris and MI definetely deserve more love for how amazing and great they both are. Are You Familiar with Any Current Staff Members? I am not familiar or friends with any staff members as of now. Although I do hope to become friends with the staff team, as they seem amazing. Note: I do not know why the text is bolded, and I do not know how to turn it off. When Are You Usually Available to Moderate?I am in Eastern Standard Time (EST), and as for availability I have school until around 3:30PM is when I typically get home, and then if I do not work that night I am able to be active all night til I head to sleep. As for my job, I typically work 6-9 and for the rest of May it is mostly on weekends, therefore I would be available and able to be active all day til my shift. Unless of course plans get made last minute or I pick up any needed shifts. If needed I can provide specific days and times I will not be available each month beforehand. How Would You Handle Rule breaking? For a first-time offender, say they broke the random death match rule, I would simply give them a verbal and actual warning, or other appropriate consequence for other rules. For a repeat offender of again, lets say random death match and its their 5th time breaking it. I would simply issue a 1 day (or more accordingly) ban, or more according to the severity of the issue and rule broken. If I encounter the same player breaking multiple rules in one session, and I deal with them each time, I would simply be nice about it since I would have talked to them about it plenty of times, but also in a serious manner. I'm not an aggressive type of person, although I can get a little agitated with certain situations such as being passed out on a black screen in game not being able to do anything for minutes on end. This is an if, but I would like to add that with any and all feedback about my performances would be greatly appreciated so I can improve myself to be a better staff member. Note: Again, not sure why the text is bolded. Anything Else We Should Know? I have quite a bit of experience with moderation as I have previously said, scripting and developing wise though not so much. Although I would love to learn how to do those sorts of things, I have tried looking it up on Youtube and what not but that never really helped. For time as a donor or contributor, whenever I first started playing I had was a Platinum donator. I'm pretty sure the next one up was the lifetime one, which I definetely would have bought if I had a job at the time. But about my experience as a donor has been amazing. I love all the in game perks you get and I would say that titanium or really any other donation tier is for sure worth it 100%. I would however like to note, that I do not expect any staff or higher ups I mentioned to recognize me, vouch for me, or know me. Also, I am willing to answer any other questions or wonders or anything of the sorts accordingly, if I did not respond properly or fully here. Do You Speak Any Languages Other Than English? No I do not. Thank you for acknowledging and reading my application, I hope to be apart of the team soon! -xTslvq EDIT: I would like to note that I have had a new roblox account linked to my MI account. The new username and ID are the following: Username: kibrorgat ID: 1634200
